    Day 1 : Arrive in Moscow

    Upon your arrival at the Moscow airport, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will assist you in transferring to your hotel. After completing the check-in process, take some time to explore the surroundings of the hotel.
    In the evening, join the group for a delicious dinner featuring local Russian cuisine. Following dinner, retire for the night at a luxurious hotel in Moscow.

    Day 2 : Moscow City Tour

    Founded in the 12th century, Moscow stands as Russia’s largest city and a significant spiritual hub for the Russian Orthodox Church. Today, it remains one of the most densely populated cities in the country.

    Among Moscow’s renowned landmarks are the Moscow Kremlin, Red Square, St Basil’s Cathedral, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubianka Square, and the Savoir Cathedral. The Moscow Metro Stations are also celebrated for their intricate decorations and impressive architecture.

    Indulge in a local restaurant for lunch before immersing yourself in the captivating circus performances at Moscow’s renowned venues such as Nikulin and Bolshoi.

    Conclude your day by staying overnight in Moscow.

    Day 3 : Moscow City Tour Day 2

    For those who enjoy street shopping, a visit to Old Arbat Street in Moscow is a must. This historic street, known for its stunning architecture and souvenir shops, has a rich past that includes being ravaged by a devastating fire during Napoleon’s occupation of the city.

    After exploring Old Arbat Street, indulge in a delicious meal at an Indian restaurant before making your way to Bunker 42, a Cold War museum established in 1950. Unassuming from the outside, this museum reveals the intriguing secrets of the former Soviet Union. Delve into the intricate tunnel system beneath Moscow, where rooms extend deep underground. Discover how soldiers sustained life within the bunker, from recycling air to producing fuel and food for a population of over 30,000 people for more than 90 days.

    In the evening, embark on a cruise along the Volga River for a breathtaking view of the city skyline. Conclude the day with a lavish dinner before retiring for the night in Moscow.

    Day 4 : Moscow – St Petersburg

    Following breakfast, guests are to check out of the hotel and proceed to the train station for their journey on the Sapsan train to St Petersburg. The approximately four-hour trip includes a complimentary lunch onboard. Upon arrival at St Petersburg station, our tour manager will be there to greet and assist with the transfer to the hotel. In the evening, guests will have the opportunity to visit Nikolaevsky Palace for a captivating folk show. This performance showcases traditional dances from various Cossack regions such as Stavropol, Don, Volgograd, and Kuban, along with lively Cossack songs and dances from the Voronezh and Don areas.

    To conclude the day, guests will dine at a local restaurant before retiring for the evening.

    Day 5 : St Petersburg City Tour

    Today, embark on a guided tour of St. Petersburg, immersing yourself in the city’s renowned landmarks. Your itinerary includes visits to the Spit of the Basil Island, St. Isaac’s Cathedral, Palace Square, Church of the Saviour on Spilled Blood, Nevsky Prospect, the Neva Embankments, Isaac’s Square, and the Cruiser Aurora Museum.

    Indulge in a delightful lunch at a charming local eatery before exploring the historic Peter and Paul Fortress, where the Russian royal family is laid to rest.

    Unwind as you spend the remainder of the day delving deeper into the enchanting city of St. Petersburg, culminating in a relaxing evening to recharge for the next day.

    Day 6 : Catherine Palace Tour

    Today, your itinerary includes a trip to Pushkin to explore the historical Catherine Palace. Constructed in the 18th century by Catherine I, the palace was transformed into a Museum post the Russian Revolution. It houses a vast collection of over 3 million artefacts, ranging from paintings and crockery to sculptures and weaponry from the Middle Ages.

    Following your visit, indulge in a delightful lunch at a nearby restaurant before proceeding to the Peterhof to marvel at the opulent Grand Palace. Established in 1721 by Peter the Great, this palace is often likened to a Russian Versailles. Adorned with intricate staircases, golden statues, and luxurious silk wall hangings, the Grand Palace, along with the surrounding city center, holds the prestigious title of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    Conclude your day by exploring local shops and treating yourself to a sumptuous dinner at an upscale restaurant.

    Day 7 : Depart Russia

    Say goodbye to Russia and board your flight back home.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
