Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Toronto
Upon your arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport, our tour representative will welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, you are free to unwind or venture out to explore the city at your leisure for the remainder of the day.
Day 2: Toronto City Tour
Start your day by immersing yourself in the awe-inspiring beauty of Niagara Falls, a renowned natural wonder. Embark on a boat excursion to fully appreciate the majestic falls. Explore key attractions in the city including the iconic CN Tower, City Hall, the prestigious University of Toronto, and the vibrant Rogers Centre.
Day 3: Toronto – Kingston – Ottawa
Depart from your hotel in Toronto and begin your journey to Ottawa with a scenic stop in Kingston. Embark on a cruise along the picturesque St. Lawrence River, where you can admire the stunning landscapes of the Thousand Islands National Park. Conclude your day by checking into your hotel in Ottawa.
Day 4: Ottawa City Tour
Prepare for a comprehensive day of discovering the capital of Canada. Your itinerary includes visits to the Royal Canadian Mint, Embassy Row, Parliament Hill, Rideau Falls, and Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride Centre. Delve into the rich culture and history of Canada at the Canadian Museum of History. Conclude your day with a leisurely walk around ByWard Market, where you can savor delectable cuisine and browse through various shops.
Day 5: Ottawa – Quebec City
Embark on a morning journey from Ottawa, following the scenic King’s Highway. Take a break to visit the Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal and Cap-de-la-Madeleine before arriving in Quebec City. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel for a peaceful evening.
Day 6: Quebec City Tour
Start your day by heading to the Erabliere Chemin du Roy Sugar Shack to indulge in a traditional Quebecois breakfast and gain insights into the process of maple extraction. Afterwards, take a stroll through Quebec City, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the iconic Place Royale and take some time to shop and savor the local cuisine before retiring to your hotel in the evening.
Day 7: Quebec City – Montreal
Today, you will depart from Quebec City and journey towards Montreal. In Montreal, you will have the opportunity to visit iconic attractions such as Old Montreal, Saint-Sulpice Seminary, and Mount Royal.
Day 8: Depart Montreal
Following breakfast at the hotel, proceed with checking out to make your way to the airport for your return flight to India.
Tour Information
- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
