Day 1

Arrival in Jaisalmer – The Golden City Arrive in Jaisalmer and check into your heritage-style hotel. Begin your exploration with a visit to the stunning Sonar Qila (Jaisalmer Fort), a living fort with bustling markets and ancient homes. Walk through the intricately carved Patwon Ki Haveli and Nathmal Ki Haveli, rich with history and Rajasthani art. In the evening, enjoy a local cultural performance with Rajasthani folk music and dinner. Overnight stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 2

Sam Dunes Desert Safari Experience After breakfast, visit the peaceful Gadisar Lake and Jain Temples before heading to the Sam Sand Dunes in the afternoon. Check into a desert camp and get ready for a thrilling camel ride over the rolling dunes during sunset. Enjoy traditional Rajasthani entertainment with dance and music around a bonfire, followed by a delicious dinner under the stars. Overnight stay in desert camp.

Day 3

Transfer to Bikaner and City Tour Depart after breakfast for Bikaner (approx. 5–6 hours drive). On arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up. Visit the imposing Junagarh Fort, known for its beautiful palaces and courtyards. Stop by the Karni Mata Temple (Rat Temple) for a unique cultural experience. Explore local markets famous for Bikaneri snacks and sweets. Overnight stay in Bikaner.

Day 4

Departure from Bikaner After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the railway station or airport for your onward journey, ending your desert trail filled with royal charm and golden memories.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
