Day 1: Arrive in Bangalore

Upon your arrival at Bangalore’s airport or railway station, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. Known as the ‘Silicon Valley of India’, Bangalore is renowned for its pleasant climate, lush greenery, and contemporary lifestyle, among other attractions. Once you have checked in at your hotel, feel free to explore the city at your leisure.
Begin your exploration by taking a leisurely walk through the serene Cubbon Park, sprawling across 300 acres. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the historic Lalbagh Botanical Garden, spanning 240 acres and boasting a rich heritage of over 200 years.

Continue your day by visiting Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, a splendid showcase of Indo-Islamic architecture. Explore other notable landmarks such as Vidhana Soudha, Bangalore Palace, St. Patrick’s Church, and Bull Temple before returning to your accommodations for the night.

Day 2: Bangalore – Mysore

Following a delightful breakfast, depart from your hotel in Bangalore and make your way to the charming city of Mysore. Upon arrival, settle into your accommodation and spend the remainder of the day at leisure, exploring at your own convenience.

Day 3: Mysore City Tour

Revel in a delicious breakfast before embarking on a journey to explore the breathtaking sights of Mysore. Your itinerary includes visits to Chamundi Hills, Brindavan Gardens, Karanji Lake, Mysore Zoo, and St. Philomena’s Cathedral. Return to your hotel for a restful night’s sleep after a day filled with exploration.

Day 4: Mysore – Coorg

Today, you will depart from Mysore and head towards Coorg, known as one of the most picturesque hill stations in the country. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure.

Day 5: Coorg

Today, embark on a journey to Coorg, renowned for its lush tea and coffee plantations and verdant landscapes. Prepare to discover iconic attractions including the Omkareshwara Temple, Abbey Falls, Raja’s Seat, Iruppu Falls, Madikeri Fort, and the Nagarahole Tiger Reserve.

Day 6: Coorg – Bangalore – Depart Bangalore

Start your day with a nutritious breakfast before heading to the airport or railway station in Bangalore to return to your hometown.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
