    Day 1: Arrival in Jerusalem

    Upon your arrival at the airport, our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with transferring you to your luxurious hotel in Jerusalem. Take this time to relax and rejuvenate as you prepare for the thrilling experiences that lie ahead during your overnight stay.

    Day 2: Exploring Jerusalem’s New City

    Today marks the beginning of our exploration of Jerusalem’s dynamic new city, starting with a breathtaking view from the summit of the Mount of Olives. From this vantage point, you will be able to admire the city’s beauty from a unique perspective.
    Our next destination is the peaceful Garden of Gethsemane and the Church of the Agony, where you can immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere and reflect on the historical significance of the site.

    Following that, we will proceed to the Israel Museum, home to the esteemed Shrine of the Book that houses the renowned Dead Sea Scrolls.     In Beit Shean, we will immerse ourselves in the remarkable excavations of this impeccably preserved Roman City. Our next destination will be Nazareth, where we will explore the Church of the Annunciation and Joseph’s carpentry workshop. Our expedition will then take us to Safed, known as the city of Kabala. Here, you can meander through captivating, mystical alleys and visit a synagogue brimming with tales of bygone eras.     • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.

      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
