Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival Silliguri and Transfer to Phuentsholing
Bhutan Bike Tour starts from Bagdogra where you meet our Representatives ,then we take a drive to Jalgaon, the last town of India before Bhutan. Reach Jaigaon (Indian border town) and proceed with immigration formalities at the Bhutan gate (Phuentsholing side).Our team will assist with all required documentation and permits. After clearing border formalities, check in to your hotel in Phuentsholing. where the convoy assembles for a group briefing and bike inspection. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 2 : Phuentsholing to Paro
Kickstart your Bhutan bike tour ride a breathtaking journey to Paro, one of the most picturesque valleys in Bhutan. The route offers winding roads, lush greenery, and panoramic mountain views. As you climb higher, the cool mountain air and the peaceful surroundings set the tone for the rest of the trip. Arrive in Paro by evening and relax at your hotel amid traditional Bhutanese hospitality.
Day 3 : Paro Sightseeing and Ride to Thimphu.
Today starts with exploring Paro’s local sights, including the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang) (optional short hike), the National Museum, and Paro Dzong. After lunch, begin your scenic ride to Thimphu, Bhutan’s capital city. The smooth highways and gentle curves make for an enjoyable journey. On arrival, take in the urban charm mixed with spiritual calm that defines Thimphu. Overnight stay in Thimphu.
Day 4 :Thimphu to Phobjikha Valley to Punakha.
Start early for a long and rewarding ride through the heart of Bhutan. First, pass Dochula Pass (3,100m), offering stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas. Continue to the serene and secluded Phobjikha Valley,Also known as the Gangtey Valley, it’s a glacial valley at 3,000 m Wide open spaces surrounded by forested hills — a peaceful paradise known for its glacial landscapes and black-necked cranes (seasonal). After a short visit, descend towards Punakha, the ancient capital, nestled at the confluence of the Mo Chhu and Pho Chhu rivers. Overnight in Punakha.
Day 5 : Punakha to Thimphu with Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, explore the majestic Punakha Dzong, Bhutan’s most beautiful fortress-monastery, and the Suspension Bridge.Enjoy the scenic drive across Dochula Pass (3,100m).Bhutan’s most iconic and picturesque fortress. Located at the confluence of the Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers. Later, begin your return journey to Thimphu via the same scenic mountain roads. Reach by afternoon and enjoy local sightseeing such as the Buddha Dordenma, Memorial Chorten, and the bustling Craft Bazaar. Spend your evening shopping or unwinding in Bhutan’s calm capital.
Day 6 : Thimphu to Phuentsholing to Siliguri.
It’s time to bid farewell to the highlands. Begin your downhill ride early morning, retracing your route through forested roads and past peaceful towns to reach Phuentsholing. After completing exit formalities, continue your ride back to Siliguri. This is your last day on the road, so enjoy every turn and view. Overnight in Siliguri.
Day 7 :Siliguri – Trip Concludes
Check out from Hotel and after breakfast. Your Bhutan Bike tour officially ends here, but the memories of Bhutan’s tranquil monasteries, winding valleys, and peaceful roads will stay with you forever.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
