New York is renowned for being the largest city in America, a vibrant hub of business and culture, and a trendsetter for the nation. For over a century, it has been a leading center for commerce and finance worldwide. Upon your arrival at the airport, you will be escorted to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay in the heart of New York City.

Day 2: Exploring New York City

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, you will begin an engaging city tour of New York. Your schedule includes a visit to the iconic Statue of Liberty, a symbol of the United States. A ferry ride to Liberty Island will provide a stunning view of the New York City skyline.
Next, you will have the opportunity to take in the city from the One World Observatory, situated in the World Trade Center. Later, your exploration will lead you to famous landmarks like Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, and the picturesque Central Park. You will also have the chance to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Times Square, the United Nations, and Trump Tower. Your overnight stay will be at a comfortable hotel in New York.

Day 3: New York to Washington

Today, you will depart from New York and begin your journey to Washington D.C., the revered capital of the United States. Known for its historic neighborhoods and monuments, Washington D.C. is also the hub of the federal government. The city is a popular tourist destination, drawing in approximately twenty million visitors each year. After checking in at your hotel upon arrival, you will have some free time to relax and unwind. Your overnight stay will be at a centrally located hotel in Washington D.C.

Day 4: Washington City Tour

After breakfast, you will begin a tour of the capital city of the United States. Your schedule will feature stops at renowned landmarks including the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon, and Washington Monument. The day will end with an overnight accommodation at a hotel in Washington D.C.

Day 5: Washington to Buffalo – USA Side Niagara Falls – Niagara

Today, you will be flying to Buffalo to experience the awe-inspiring Niagara Falls, one of the most famous natural wonders in the world. Upon arrival, you will embark on the iconic Maid of the Mist boat tour, providing you with a close-up view of the powerful falls and a journey around both the American and Horseshoe Falls (available seasonally). Following this thrilling boat excursion, you will return to your hotel for some well-deserved relaxation. Your overnight stay will be in Niagara Falls.

Day 6: Niagara to Orlando

Today, you will be flying to Orlando, Florida. Known as the state’s sixth largest city and its largest inland city, Orlando is a popular vacation spot, thanks in part to the iconic Disney World theme park. With over 52 million visitors each year, Orlando has become a sought-after destination. Upon landing, you will be taken to your hotel for an overnight stay in Orlando.

Day 7: Orlando – Walt Disney Magic Kingdom

On the seventh day of your journey, you will visit the enchanting Walt Disney Magic Kingdom. Spanning an impressive 107 acres, this iconic destination first opened its gates on October 1, 1971. Known as The Most Magical Place on Earth, it features seven themed lands and a wide array of attractions suitable for visitors of all ages. As you step onto Main Street USA, you will be transported to a realm where everyday concerns fade away, and Disney’s timeless stories come alive. After a day of exploration, you will return to your Orlando hotel for the night.

Day 8: Orlando – Epcot Center

Begin your day by visiting the enchanting Epcot Center, where you can delve into the possibilities of the future and embark on a worldwide adventure through a diverse range of attractions and live entertainment. Spanning 260 acres, this vast area celebrates historical achievements as well as cutting-edge technology. The World Showcase offers a continuous World Fair ambiance, showcasing pavilions representing eleven unique countries. Conclude your day with another overnight stay at your Orlando hotel. (B)

Day 9: Orlando – Sea World

Today, prepare to explore the renowned Sea World, the world’s largest Marine Park, offering a plethora of thrilling attractions. Additionally, you can soar through the skies on an exhilarating jet copter ride to the Wild Arctic. After a day of adventure, you will retire for the night at your Orlando hotel.

Day 10: Orlando to San Francisco

Today, you are about to embark on a trip to San Francisco, a city renowned for its legendary status, comparable to iconic cities like Paris and London. San Francisco’s famous hills provide stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and San Francisco Bay. The city is filled with a variety of shops, dining options, and an exciting cosmopolitan nightlife. Additionally, San Francisco is the entry point to Silicon Valley, the hub of American high technology. Upon your arrival, we will help you with the hotel check-in process for your overnight stay.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
