Day 1 : Delhi – Shimla

Upon arrival at New Delhi airport, our dedicated tour manager will be there to assist you in transferring to Shimla. The scenic journey lasts approximately 8 hours, offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped Shivalik mountain ranges.
After checking in at the hotel, take the opportunity to explore the surrounding area for the remainder of the day.

Day 2 : Shimla Day Tour

After enjoying breakfast, embark on a sightseeing excursion in Shimla. Highlights of the tour include visits to Christ Church, Shri Hanuman Temple, Viceregal Lodge, Kali Bari Temple, Annadale Ground, and Green Valley.

In the evening, venture to Mall Road for shopping and dining experiences. Conclude your day by staying overnight in Shimla.

Day 3 : Shimla – Manali

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic 8-hour road journey to the charming town of Manali. The route is a feast for the eyes, with lush greenery stretching as far as the eye can see. Nestled in the Kullu District, Manali is renowned for its breathtaking vistas and picturesque valleys.

Unwind and relax in Manali for the night, soaking in the tranquil surroundings and immersing yourself in the beauty of this idyllic destination.

Day 4 : Manali

After enjoying a traditional Himalayan breakfast, you will explore several popular tourist spots in Manali, such as the Hadimba Devi Temple, the rejuvenating hot springs of Vashist Kund, and various Tibetan monasteries.

Upon completion of your sightseeing and shopping in the bustling local markets, you will return to your hotel.

Day 5 : Manali – Snow Point Excursions

Start your day with a hearty breakfast before exploring the nearby attractions of Kothi Snowpoint, Gulaba Viewpoint, Marhi Viewpoint, and the famous Rohtang Pass. Be sure to visit the picturesque Solang Valley as well.

After a full day of sightseeing, return to your hotel in Manali for a relaxing evening.

Day 6 : Manali – Chandigarh

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic road trip to the picturesque city of Chandigarh. The approximately 8-hour journey promises breathtaking views. Upon arrival, settle into your hotel and dedicate the remainder of the day to exploring renowned attractions such as Rock Garden, Rose Garden, and Sukhna Lake.

Retire for the night in Chandigarh, soaking in the city’s charm and beauty.

Day 7 : Chandigarh – Delhi

After enjoying breakfast, complete the check-out process at the hotel and proceed to Delhi. Upon reaching Delhi, make your way to the airport or railway station for your journey back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
