Day 1 : Arrive at Bali – Bounty Sunset Cruise

Upon your arrival in Bali, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative at the airport and escorted to your hotel. Following a delightful lunch, take some time to unwind and explore the resort grounds. In the evening, embark on the Bounty Sunset Cruise, sailing along the picturesque coastal area of Benoa. Indulge in a delectable meal while enjoying captivating dance performances and traditional music. Conclude the evening with a satisfying dinner on the cruise before returning to your hotel.

Day 2 : Celuk Village – Mas Village – Elephant Cave – Kintamani – Ubud Village Tour

On the second day of your journey, you will start your exploration in Celuk, a renowned Balinese village known for its exquisite gold and silver jewelry. Following this, venture to the charming Mas Village, home to a variety of finely crafted wooden sculptures. Your next stop will be the sacred Hindu archaeological site, Elephant Cave, also known as Goa Gajah.
Continuing on, you will visit the impressive Kintamani Volcano before concluding the day with a visit to the bustling central market in Ubud, where you can purchase authentic traditional souvenirs for yourself and your dear ones.

Day 3 : Transfer to Yogyakarta – Sultan Palace – Taman Sari Water Castle

On the third day of your trip, you will be taking a flight from Bali to Jakarta. Get ready to immerse yourself in the vibrant city of Yogyakarta. Begin your exploration by visiting the Sultan Palace, which serves as the official residence of the king of Yogyakarta. Next, make your way to the renowned Taman Sari Water Castle, a fascinating blend of traditional and western architectural styles. This historical site was once a retreat for the royal family, offering a captivating glimpse into their lives.

Day 4 : Borobudur Temple

Experience the grandeur of Borobudur Temple, known as the largest Buddhist monument globally, situated on a hill amidst picturesque green landscapes. A visit to this iconic site is essential for your travel agenda. Return to your hotel in the evening to unwind and relax for the night.

Day 5 : Depart from Yogyakarta

Depart from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
