Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Vienna
Upon your arrival in Vienna, you will be warmly welcomed by a representative who will accompany you to your hotel. Once you have arrived at the hotel, you will be able to proceed with the check-in process. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and enjoy as you please. Your accommodation for the night will be at the hotel in Vienna.
Day 2: Vienna to Salzburg
Begin your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a morning city tour that includes a visit to Schonbrunn. This guided tour offers a captivating glimpse into Vienna’s rich historical landmarks, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, and the Museum of Fine Arts renowned for its Habsburg art collection. Traverse through the cultural hub of the city, passing by the Museums Quartier, Hofburg, Parliament, City Hall, and the Burg Theatre. The highlight of the excursion is a guided exploration of the exquisite Schonbrunn Palace, once the summer retreat of the Habsburg dynasty. En route back, catch a glimpse of the majestic Belvedere Palace.
In the afternoon, board a train to Salzburg where you will be greeted upon arrival and escorted to your accommodation for the night.
Day 3: Salzburg to Innsbruck
Commence your day with a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on the Half Day Salzburg City Tour. The tour commences at Mirabellplatz, conveniently located in front of St. Andrä Church. Marvel at the stunning scenery that served as the backdrop for the iconic movie Sound of Music as you journey through the landscape. Immerse yourself in the original soundtrack of the film while our knowledgeable English-speaking guide not only points out the filming locations but also sheds light on the city’s historical and architectural gems, along with a glimpse of the charming Lake District. The tour spans approximately 4 hours, offering a comprehensive exploration of the city. Conclude the tour by making your own way back to the hotel.
Later in the day, you will be provided with a transfer to the train station for your journey to Innsbruck. Upon reaching Innsbruck, transfer to the hotel, complete the check-in process, and settle in for the night.
Day 4: Explore Innsbruck
Revel in a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a day of leisure to discover the charming town nestled in the Alps. Explore attractions such as the Crystal Factory Showroom or simply relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings. Rest assured that your accommodations for the evening will be at the hotel in Innsbruck.
Day 5: Travel from Innsbruck to Vienna
Begin your day with a hotel breakfast before preparing for a transfer to the train station for your journey to Vienna. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to your hotel where check-in is at 2:00 PM. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the city at your leisure. Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel in Vienna.
Day 6: Departure from Vienna
Following breakfast at the hotel this morning, you will have the day to yourself until departure time. Afterwards, there will be a transfer arranged to the airport or train station for your next destination.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
