Day 1: Arrive in Sydney
Upon arriving in Sydney, you will be welcomed by our tour representatives who will assist you in reaching your hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, you are free to spend the day at your leisure. In the evening, we recommend dining at the 360 Bar and Dining located in the Sydney Tower. This unique revolving restaurant provides a panoramic view of the city while you enjoy your meal.
Day 2: Sydney
After enjoying a delightful breakfast, you will receive a Sydney Explorer Pass to explore the top attractions of Sydney. Your itinerary will include renowned locations such as the Botanic Gardens, Sydney Cove, Australian Museum, The Rocks, Kings Cross, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, Queen Victoria Building, Art Gallery of New South Wales, Sydney Opera House, and Australian National Maritime Museum.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to visit other hidden treasures like the Wild Life Sydney Zoo, Hyde Park, Sydney Cricket Ground, Double Bay, Gap Park, Bondi Beach, and Oxford Street. Conclude your day by returning to your hotel for the night.
Day 3: Sydney
After completing breakfast, you have the freedom to choose how you spend the remainder of your day. Consider embarking on a day trip to the Blue Mountains or visiting the Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park. At the park, you will have the opportunity to observe kangaroos, koalas, wombats, and Tasmanian devils.
Day 4: Sydney – Brisbane – Gold Coast
Begin your day by taking a morning flight to Brisbane. Upon arrival in Brisbane, you will be escorted to Gold Coast, renowned for its surfing beaches. Check-in at your hotel and unwind for the remainder of the day.

Day 6: Gold Coast

Day 7: Gold Coast – Cairns
Begin your day by boarding a morning flight from Gold Coast to Cairns. Upon arrival at your hotel, complete the check-in process and take the day at your leisure.
We suggest exploring Kuranda Village, a picturesque mountain getaway. Embark on the Kuranda Scenic Railway for a scenic journey from Cairns to Kuranda, offering breathtaking views of waterfalls, bridges, tunnels, and ravines.
Day 8: Cairns

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
