Welcome to Athens! Upon your arrival, our tour manager will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, take some time to explore the charming surroundings of the hotel.

Day 2: Athens City Tour

Today, embark on a comprehensive full-day city tour of Athens, delving into its rich history through a visit to its iconic monuments and ancient ruins. Your itinerary includes stops at renowned sites such as the Parthenon, the Ancient Agora of Athens, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Temple of Hephaestus, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Erechtheion, the Roman Forum of Athens, the Theatre of Dionysus, and Hadrian’s Arch.

Make sure not to overlook the modern landmarks that dot the cityscape, such as the historic Panathenaic Stadium, which hosted the inaugural Olympic Games in 1896, the Presidential Mansion, the Maximos Mansion, the National Archaeological Museum, the National Library, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

A visit to the Acropolis Museum is a must, where you can marvel at famous works of art like the Propylaea and the Parthenon West Frieze. Immerse yourself in the captivating history of Athens on this unforgettable exploration of its past and present.

Day 3: Athens – Lefkada

Following breakfast, you will transfer to Athens Airport to board your domestic flight to Lefkada. Once you have completed the check-in process, you can spend the remainder of the day discovering the hotel’s surroundings.

Day 4: Lefkada City Tour

Start your day with breakfast before exploring the stunning Lefkada Island, renowned for its scenic beaches, historic churches, and serene monasteries. Lefkada is a sought-after destination boasting verdant landscapes, charming villages, and hidden beaches with crystal-clear waters. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit iconic beaches like Porto Katsiki, Kathisma, and Egremni. Conclude your day with a romantic candlelit dinner at one of these picturesque beach locations.

Day 5: Lefkada

Indulge in a day of relaxation by basking in the beauty of stunning beaches, some featuring striking cliffs that meet the deep blue sea. Explore the option of embarking on a dolphin cruise at the Amvrakikkos Gulf or discovering the enchanting Melissani Cave on Kefallinia Island.

Day 6: Lefkada – Athens

Depart from Lefkada after checking out of the hotel and make your way to Lefkada Airport for your flight to Athens. Enjoy an overnight stay in Athens.

Day 7: Depart Athens

Reposition yourself at Athens International Airport to catch your return flight home or continue on to the next destination in your European travel itinerary.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
