Day 1: Arrival in Buenos Aires
Upon your arrival in the morning at Ezeiza International Airport, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel. Buenos Aires, a city with a rich and vibrant culture, stretches from the southern to northern parts along the Rio de la Plata. This city has long been the main entrance to Argentina, with its residents, known as Porteños, holding a strong connection to their European heritage. The city’s lifestyle and architecture are reminiscent of Europe, making it the most European-influenced city in South America. However, Buenos Aires has also given rise to unique art forms, such as the captivating tango, which has gained worldwide recognition. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Relax and unwind at your hotel in Buenos Aires for the night.
Day 2: Buenos Aires
Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast and then embark on an exciting Buenos Aires City Tour. This exploration will take you through a diverse mix of architectural styles, museums, sculptures, historical landmarks, and various influences including Colonial, Renaissance, Baroque, Neoclassical, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Modern, and international styles. Buenos Aires is a city known for its unique charm and elegance, with iconic sites like Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, Av. de Mayo, The National Congress Building, Avenida Corrientes, The Obelisk, El Ateneo Bookstore, Floralis Generica, Recoleta Cultural Center, Nuestra Senora del Pilar Basilica, Cemetery of La Recoleta, Caminito Street, and the colorful neighborhood of La Boca waiting to be explored.
In the evening, get ready for a magical night filled with the captivating rhythms of Tango. You will be transported to Tango Porteño for an unforgettable Evening Tango Show & Dinner at the luxurious Magnificent Tango Porteño. After this enchanting experience, return to your comfortable hotel in Buenos Aires for a peaceful night’s rest, with the option to enjoy dinner at the hotel if desired.
Day 3: Buenos Aires to El Calafate
Begin your day with a satisfying breakfast before embarking on a journey to El Calafate. Upon landing at the airport, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel in this picturesque village located on the southern shores of Lake Argentina. El Calafate transforms throughout the seasons, showcasing yellow flowers in spring and ripe purple fruits in summer. According to local legend, those who indulge in these fruits are fated to return to the captivating landscapes of Patagonia. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace, with the opportunity to explore the town independently. As night approaches, unwind at your hotel in El Calafate, eagerly anticipating the adventures that lie ahead.
Day 4: El Calafate
We start our day with a hearty breakfast to prepare for an exciting adventure ahead. Our morning is dedicated to a full-day expedition to the impressive Perito Moreno Glacier, where you will witness the sheer magnificence of Mother Nature at its best.
Our journey begins in El Calafate, as we follow the scenic southern shoreline of the expansive Argentine Lake, covering a picturesque route of 90 kilometres. This route eventually leads us to the entrance of Los Glaciares National Park, where we will follow pathways guiding us towards the imposing glacier.
The Perito Moreno Glacier is a timeless wonder, with a history spanning over 30,000 years. It covers a vast area of 192 square kilometres, featuring an impressive 5-kilometre front wall with peaks reaching heights of up to 80 metres. The glacier’s deep blue base is as captivating as the surrounding water. Standing in its presence, you will be enveloped in a profound silence, occasionally interrupted by the echoes of large ice chunks breaking free and floating gracefully along the Canal de los Tempanos, also known as the Icebergs Channel.
For a more immersive experience, we offer a Nautical Safari excursion that provides a unique perspective of the grandeur of the Perito Moreno Glacier. The adventure begins at Bajo de las Sombras Port, just 6 kilometres from the Glacier Vantage Point. Visitors board a vessel and sail across Rico Lake, anchoring at a safe distance from the glacier’s towering wall at the southernmost point of the Canal de los Tempanos. This adventure allows you to observe the glacier’s colossal walls and the continuous calving of icebergs into the serene waters of Rico Lake.
As the day draws to a close, we return to our comfortable hotel in El Calafate for a well-deserved overnight stay.
Day 5: El Calafate to Ushuaia
Begin your journey today by taking a flight from El Calafate Airport to the enchanting destination of Ushuaia. Located at the southernmost tip of Argentina on the Isla Grande de Tierra del Fuego, Ushuaia is renowned as the world’s southernmost city, situated along the Beagle Channel. Its name, originating from the yamana language, means bay overlooking the West.
Surrounded by the sea, verdant forests, tranquil lakes, and majestic mountains, Ushuaia is a picturesque city. It offers a well-developed tourism infrastructure, a sophisticated commercial center, and a vibrant social and cultural scene. Your accommodation for the night awaits at a hotel in Ushuaia.
Day 6: Ushuaia
Embark on a fascinating Half Day Tierra del Fuego National Park Tour this morning, which includes a scenic ride on the historic Train of the End of the World. This train journey offers a charming glimpse into Ushuaia’s rich history as you explore the remote landscapes of this corner of the Earth. Just 12 kilometers from Ushuaia, the Tierra del Fuego National Park is the only national park in the country with a coastline along the ocean. Spanning 63,000 hectares, the park is home to a diverse range of flora, including nires, lengas, cherry trees, calafates, violets, and orchids, all carefully preserved.
In the afternoon, get ready for a Beagle Channel Navigation experience that includes a visit to Seals Island. Board a catamaran at the port and sail through the Beagle Channel, connecting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. This area is a sanctuary for various sea mammals and birds, providing a unique opportunity to observe these creatures in their natural habitat without disturbing their daily lives. End your day with an overnight stay at your Ushuaia hotel.
Day 7: Ushuaia to Iguazu
Embark on your journey by being transferred to the Ushuaia airport to catch your flight to Iguazu. Upon landing at Iguassu Airport, a knowledgeable guide will greet you warmly and accompany you to your designated hotel. Located on the border of Brazil and Argentina, the magnificent Iguassu Falls await you. Nestled in the captivating rainforest that spans both countries, these falls are renowned as the widest and most breathtaking waterfalls in the world. Their name, derived from the native Guarani language, translates to Big Waters, a fitting description of their majestic beauty. Your overnight accommodation will be at a cozy hotel in Iguazu.
Day 8: Iguassu
Start your day with a delightful breakfast before heading out on an exploration of the stunning Argentinean side of the Iguassu Falls. The Argentine Falls tour has been enhanced with new facilities for the Upper, Lower, and Devil’s Throat Circuits, making the experience even more enchanting. Your journey commences at the New Visitors Center, where you can delve into the marvels of nature at the Nature’s Interpretation Center.
From the Visitors Center, you have the choice to board a train that will swiftly transport you to Cataratas Station in around 8 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a leisurely walk along the Green Trail, leading you to the starting point of the Upper and Lower trails.
The UPPER CIRCUIT provides an exceptional experience as you traverse 800 meters of elevated walkways above the jungle floor, preserving the natural paths of the local wildlife. This perspective offers a bird’s-eye view of the falls, allowing you to admire their grandeur and beauty from a panoramic angle.
The LOWER CIRCUIT, consisting of 1,600 meters of elevated walkways, also raises you above the jungle floor, providing a unique view from below and around the falls. This circuit allows you to connect with the natural surroundings, fully immersing yourself in the breathtaking environment and witnessing the sheer magnitude of the falls up close.
The highlight of your journey is the DEVIL’S GORGE. Following a picturesque train ride from Cataratas Station lasting approximately 18 minutes, a walk along the walkways, suspended about 1,200 meters above the islands, guides you to a stunning viewpoint at the most significant observation point: the Devil’s Throat.

Day 9: Departure from Iguassu to Buenos Aires
Today, we are set to embark on an exhilarating trip to the Brazilian Falls. The park has recently unveiled new facilities to enhance the visitor experience. Our adventure begins at the Visitor Center, where we hop on panoramic buses that kickstart our journey through the park. We then descend on foot to commence our exploration.
From the initial observation point, we are treated to a stunning panoramic view of the Argentinean Falls. A 950-meter walk leads us along the Iguazu River, offering awe-inspiring vistas until we reach the Brazilian side of the falls. The walkway leading to Floriano Falls greets us with refreshing views and a breathtaking perspective of the lower Iguazu River and Devil’s Gorge Canyon. For those interested, there is an option to take an elevator or climb the stairs to access the shopping and restaurant area on the upper level.
Following this mesmerizing experience, we return to the entrance via the panoramic buses. Subsequently, we will head to the airport for our flight to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, we will be transferred to the international airport for the next phase of our journey or our return home, carrying with us a collection of unforgettable memories.

- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
