Day 1 : Arrive in Port Blair – Corbyn’s Cove Beach – Cellular Jail

Upon your arrival at Veer Savarkar International Airport, our tour representatives will be there to greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After completing the check-in process and freshening up, embark on your holiday with a day of sightseeing.
Your first stop will be Corbyn’s Cove Beach, located approximately 8 km from the city center. This picturesque beach, lined with palm trees, offers a variety of watersports activities such as parasailing, scuba diving, swimming, jet skiing, and speed boat rides.

Next, visit the iconic Cellular Jail, a British colonial prison that once housed criminals and political prisoners exiled by the colonial government of India. This historic site was used to incarcerate Indian freedom fighters including Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, Yogendra Shukla, and Sudhangshu Dasgupta during India’s struggle for independence. Don’t miss the captivating light and sound show in the evening before returning to your hotel for the night.

Day 2 : Havelock Island – Radhanagar Beach

Start your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey to Havelock Island, located 41 km northeast of Port Blair. Upon arrival at your hotel, take some time to unwind. In the evening, visit Radhanagar Beach, renowned as the Best Beach in Asia by Time magazine in 2004. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness a stunning sunset at this picturesque beach. Retire to your hotel for the night after a day of exploration.

Day 3 : Havelock Island – Leisure

On the third day of your itinerary, immerse yourself in a variety of water activities such as game fishing, scuba diving, and snorkeling. Rest and relax at your accommodation for the night.

Day 4 : Elephant Beach – Port Blair

On the fourth day of your itinerary, dedicate your day to exploring Elephant Beach, one of the distinctive beaches in the Andaman Islands known for its pristine waters and sandy shores. Engage in various activities such as snorkelling, glass-bottom boat rides, jet skiing, and parasailing. In the evening, proceed to Port Blair, check-in at your hotel, and unwind for a tranquil night.

Day 5 : Depart Port Blair

Start your day with breakfast, then head to the airport to catch your flight back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
