Day 1: Arrive In Amsterdam

Upon your arrival at Schiphol Airport, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will guide you through the transfer process. After checking in at your hotel, take some time to unwind and relax. In the evening, join us for a tour of Amsterdam, including visits to the Van Gogh Museum and the Heineken Experience, as well as a stop at the Amsterdam Light Festival.

Day 2: Amsterdam City Tour

Begin your day with a visit to the Madame Tussauds Museum and The Amsterdam Dungeon after enjoying breakfast. Next, embark on a tour to spot windmills, some of which are historical landmarks with unique museums or bars nearby.

Locals rave about Zandvoort Beach for its popularity and ideal conditions for sunbathing, swimming, and various water activities.

End your day back at your hotel in Amsterdam for a relaxing evening.

Day 3: Amsterdam Tour

Start your day by indulging in a delightful Dutch breakfast, followed by a visit to the renowned Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse. Known as the Garden of Europe, this expansive flower garden boasts millions of tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths spread across 32 hectares, filling the air with vibrant colors and fragrant scents.

For lunch, make your way to the Amsterdam Ice Bar, a one-of-a-kind establishment that is the epitome of cool in the city. Afterwards, embark on a canal cruise to explore the architectural wonders of Amsterdam from the water, offering a unique perspective on the city’s layout and history.

Wrap up your day by retreating to your accommodation at the Amsterdam hotel.

Day 4: Brussels

Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet before embarking on a comprehensive tour of Brussels, the capital city of Belgium. Known for its diverse architecture, museums, and art galleries, Brussels offers a rich cultural experience. Highlights of the tour include visits to iconic sites such as The Grand Palace, Atomium, and Mini-Europe, a unique miniature park featuring scaled-down replicas of renowned European Union landmarks.

Conclude your day by returning to your hotel in the evening.

Day 5: Depart Amsterdam

Revisit the hotel reception to complete your stay before proceeding to the next part of your European tour package, or departing for your return flight.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
