Upon arriving in Beijing, you will receive a warm welcome and be accompanied to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. You will be staying overnight at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 2: Exploring Beijing

Today marks the beginning of a thrilling expedition to the renowned Great Wall of China, specifically at Juyong Pass. Immerse yourself in the fascinating history of this ancient marvel that gracefully traverses the mountain peaks. During the journey, a visit to the Jade Factory is included before heading back to the city for an intriguing tour of the Silk Factory. En route, a brief stop will be made to capture images of the iconic Olympic Stadium. The day concludes with a well-deserved rest at your accommodation in Beijing.

Day 3: Beijing

Start your day with a visit to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved collection of ancient buildings in China. This vast complex consists of an impressive 8,706 rooms, accommodating around 8,000 to 10,000 individuals, including 3,000 eunuchs, maids, and concubines, all within a sprawling 170-acre area. In the afternoon, take a trip to the Summer Palace and have some leisure time for shopping at Yaxiu market. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel located in Beijing.

Day 4: Beijing – Xian

This morning, we will facilitate your transfer to the airport or train station for your journey to Xi’an. Upon reaching Xi’an, you will be greeted warmly and taken to your hotel. Later in the day, you will embark on a city tour, which will include a visit to the City Wall for a photo opportunity and the lively Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square, where you can witness a captivating fountain show. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Xi’an.

Day 5: Xian

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a tour to the famous Terra-cotta Warriors, a site that represents one of the most significant archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. Witness thousands of life-sized warriors and their horses, standing guard for over two thousand years at the final resting place of Emperor Qin Shi-Huang. After this fascinating visit, delve into the Arts and Crockery Factory and enjoy some leisurely shopping at the bustling Muslim Bazaar. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Xian, complete with a delectable Chinese lunch.

Day 6: Xian – Guilin

Commencing with breakfast, you will board a flight to Guilin, a city surrounded by a stunning landscape of mountains, lakes, and caves. Upon reaching Guilin, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 7: Guilin

Begin your day with a delightful morning meal before embarking on a visit to the Pearl Factory to admire the beauty of these exquisite gems. Following this, get ready for a captivating two-hour cruise along the Li River, immersing yourself in the surreal allure of limestone karst formations. Later on, we will venture into Yangshuo West Street, a picturesque market town perfect for a spot of shopping. Rest for the night at a Guilin hotel.

Day 8: Guilin to Shanghai

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast before heading to the airport to catch a flight to Shanghai. Upon landing, you will be warmly welcomed by our knowledgeable English-speaking guide who will assist you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to discover the city at your own pace. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel in Shanghai.

Day 9: Shanghai

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast to fuel your adventures. Today’s itinerary features a comprehensive full-day tour, starting with a visit to the Jade Buddha Temple and a Silk Factory. Following this, you will have the opportunity to explore the Bund, a picturesque waterfront area showcasing meticulously restored colonial structures from the 1930s that illuminate with vibrant lights after dark. The day continues with a visit to the 88th floor of the Jinmao Tower, offering awe-inspiring panoramic views, followed by leisurely shopping along Nanjing Road. Conclude your day with a relaxing evening at your hotel in Shanghai.

Day 10: Depart from Shanghai

Experience a delightful morning meal before embarking on the day’s main event: a ride on the magnetic train to Pudong International Airport for your return flight home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
