    Day 1: Welcome to Zagreb!

    Experience the vibrant start of your journey in Zagreb, the capital of Croatia! Whether you are a fan of shopping, culture, delicious cuisine, or simply exploring with loved ones, this dynamic city has something for everyone. Upon arrival, proceed to your hotel for check-in and relaxation. Later, participate in the Zagreb Evening Tour alongside fellow travelers. The meeting point is the Tourist Information Centre located at Ban Josip Jelačić Square 11. Led by an English-speaking guide, this 2.5 to 3-hour tour offers a glimpse into Zagreb’s iconic historical landmarks and monuments.
    Highlights of the tour include visits to Ban J. Jelačić Square, Kaptol, Tkalčićeva Street, Stone Gate, St. Mark’s Church, and Lotrščak Tower. Make sure to explore the intriguing Museum of Broken Relationships during your visit. Conclude the tour by joining us for a relaxing beverage at one of the city’s charming cafes in the central area. It’s an ideal opportunity to unwind and exchange impressions of this enchanting city!

    Day 2: Exploring Split – Guided City Tour

    Following breakfast, embark on a journey to Split today! Prepare to discover the largest coastal town in Croatia through a 75-minute guided walking tour. Upon arrival at the hotel, participate in a city tour led by a guide. The meeting point is the Golden Gate, with departure times available at either 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM.

    Join your guide at the Golden Gate of the Diocletian Palace, where you will witness the remnants of an ancient palace from the Roman Empire. Admire the open colonnades of the Peristyle and proceed to the magnificent Cathedral of St. Duje (Saint Dominus), recognized as the oldest Catholic cathedral still in use in its original form. Following the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy an overnight stay in Split.

    Day 3: Explore Plitvice Lakes

    Embark on an unforgettable journey by starting your day with a hearty breakfast before setting off on a captivating tour to Plitvice Lakes. A comfortable bus will collect you from the designated meeting point, transporting you through the scenic countryside to the enchanting Plitvice Lakes. Welcome to the stunning city of Dubrovnik, situated on the beautiful Adriatic coast in Croatia. Upon arrival, proceed to the hotel for check-in and prepare for an insightful guided city tour.

    – Duration: 1 hour
    – Meeting Point: Onofrio’s Fountain

    Your knowledgeable guide will lead you on a captivating exploration of the city, commencing with a scenic cable car ride. Embark on the cable car to ascend Mt Srđ, where you will be treated to awe-inspiring views of Dubrovnik and the Dalmatian Coast. At the summit, immerse yourself in the panoramic terraces, offering visibility of up to 37 miles on clear days. Following your exploration of the peak, return to the city via the cable car.

    Upon returning to ground level, follow your guide through the enchanting Old Town of Dubrovnik. Traverse the quaint cobblestone streets while delving into the area’s rich cultural and historical significance. Key highlights include Onofrio’s Fountain, Sponza Palace, the main square featuring the Baroque Cathedral of the Assumption, Rector’s Palace, and the Church of St Blaise.     • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
