Itinerary
Day 1 : Delhi to Manali (Overnight Volvo Journey)
Your Spiti Vally Bike trip begins with an overnight Volvo journey from Delhi to Manali. Board your bus in the evening and settle in for a comfortable overnight ride through the plains and into the mountains, anticipating the adventure ahead.
Day 2 : Arrive Manali and Ride to Jibhi
Reach Manali early morning, freshen up, and get introduced to your fellow riders and support team. Post briefing and breakfast, begin your ride to the charming hamlet of Jibhi — a hidden gem in the Banjar Valley.Visit the ancient Chaini Kothi tower, a wooden fort temple built in traditional Kath-Kuni style. Panoramic views of mountains and valley. The route is scenic with alpine forests and winding roads. Reach by evening and spend a peaceful night amid the pine-scented air.
Day 3 : Jibhi to Sangla/Chitkul
Ride towards Sangla Valley,Scenic drive through the Baspa Valley via Rampur and Karcham . En route views of rivers, apple orchards, and dramatic cliff. If road conditions permit, continue further to Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. Surrounded by snow-capped peaks and old wooden houses, Stop en route at Karcham Dam Viewpoint and local cafés .Chitkul offers a rustic Himalayan charm that’s hard to forget. Enjoy the starlit night and crisp mountain .
Day 4 : Chitkul to Kalpa
After breakfast, ride towards Kalpa, a stunning village in Kinnaur known for its panoramic views of the Kinner Kailash range. En route, visit Reckong Peo and experience the changing landscapes as you ascend. Kalpa’s apple orchards and Buddhist monasteries make for a serene stopover. Overnight stay at Kalpa.
Day 5: Kalpa to Kaza
Today, brace yourself for a thrilling ride through the rugged terrains of Kinnaur and Spiti Valley. Ride along the Sutlej and Spiti rivers, cross narrow mountain passes, and arrive in Kaza, the headquarters of Spiti. This is one of the longest yet most spectacular riding days. Overnight stay in Kaza.
Day 6 : Exploring Kaza – Hikkim, Komik, Langza.
Today is reserved for local exploration. Ride to the famous villages of Hikkim (home to the world’s highest post office),The highest motorable village in Asia at 15,027 ft.Visit the ancient Tangyud Monastery.Enjoy tea with monks or local families.Quiet, peaceful, and spiritually rich and Langza a great place to spot fossils (Spiti was once under the Tethys Sea)Enjoy a traditional lunch with a local family or at a homestayand a huge Buddha statue). The cultural richness, harsh terrain, and unique lifestyle of these villages are awe-inspiring. Return to Kaza for the night.
Day 7 : Kaza to Chandratal/Sissu
Leave early for a bumpy yet exhilarating ride towards Chandratal Lake — also known as the Moon Lake. Located at 14,000 ft, the lake glistens under the blue sky, surrounded by barren mountains. If roads to Chandratal are closed due to weather, stay at Sissu in Lahaul Valley. Either way, the views are unforgettable. Overnight in camps or homestays.
Day 8 : Chandratal/Sissu to Manali – Volvo to Delhi
After breakfast, begin your ride back to Manali, crossing the Atal Tunnel or Kunzum Pass depending on your route. Once in Manali, freshen up, celebrate the end of the ride with your crew, and board the evening Volvo bus back to Delhi.
Day 9 : Arrival in Delhi
Arrive in Delhi early morning with bags full of memories, photographs, and stories of conquering the wild terrains of Spiti.

❌ Charges for optional activities or services not included in the main itinerary.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
