    Itinerary

    Day 1

    Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar. Your incredible journey starts in Srinagar, where you are welcomed by the tranquil Dal Lake, vibrant gardens, and traditional Kashmiri hospitality. Take a relaxing shikara ride or stroll through Mughal gardens in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

    Day 2

    Day 2: Srinagar to Kargil via Sonmarg and Kargil War Memorial. Embark on a scenic drive to Kargil via the lush meadows of Sonmarg and the dramatic Zoji La Pass. En route, pay homage at the Kargil War Memorial in Drass, a deeply emotional and patriotic experience. Overnight stay in Kargil.

    Day 3

    Day 3: Kargil to Leh via Batalik and Magnetic Hill. Today’s drive passes through the remote Hanuthang and Batalik sectors—once conflict zones—before reaching Leh. Stop at the mysterious Magnetic Hill, the revered Pathar Sahib Gurudwara, and the Indus–Zanskar river confluence. Overnight stay in Leh.

    Day 4

    Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La. Begin your ascent to the famous Khardung La Pass, once the highest motorable road in the world. Descend into the surreal Nubra Valley, a cold desert known for its sand dunes and double-humped Bactrian camels. Overnight stay in Hunder.

    Day 5

    Day 5: Turtuk Excursion and Visit to Thang Village (POK Border). Venture further to Turtuk, a quaint village on the edge of the India-Pakistan border. Visit Thang Village, the last civilian outpost before the POK region. Experience the unique Balti culture and enjoy stunning views of the Karakoram Range. Return to Hunder for the night.

    Day 6

    Day 6: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake. Drive to the world-famous Pangong Lake, a high-altitude saline water body that changes colors throughout the day. Marvel at its deep blue waters set against barren mountains. Stay in camps by the lake and enjoy a magical night under the stars.

    Day 7

    Day 7: Pangong Lake to Hanle via Rezang La War Memorial. Today’s route takes you along the Indo-China border as you reach Hanle, a remote and strategic settlement known for its high-altitude observatory. En route, visit the heroic Rezang La War Memorial. Overnight stay in Hanle.

    Day 8

    Day 8: Hanle to Nyoma via Umling La Pass. Prepare for an exhilarating ride to Umling La Pass—now the highest motorable road in the world at over 19,000 feet! You’ll also witness the sensitive Demchok region near the Indo-China border. Overnight stay in Nyoma.

    Day 9

    Day 9: Nyoma to Leh via Mahe Monastery and Puga Valley. Drive back to Leh while stopping at Mahe Monastery and the geothermal wonders of Puga Valley. These lesser-known spots showcase the spiritual and natural diversity of Ladakh. Evening at leisure in Leh. Overnight in Leh.

    Day 10

    Day 10: Leh to Jispa via Tanglang La and Baralacha Pass. Start early and drive through stunning high-mountain passes including Tanglang La and Baralacha La, along with the famous Gata Loops. Reach Jispa, a peaceful village nestled beside the Bhaga River. Overnight in Jispa.

    Day 11

    Day 11: Jispa to Manali – Transfer to Delhi. Cross the Atal Tunnel and descend through Lahaul Valley to reach Manali. En route, witness cascading waterfalls and the picturesque village of Sissu. Board your onward Volvo or private transfer to Delhi by evening.

    Day 12

    Day 12: Reach Delhi. Arrive in Delhi with unforgettable memories of the majestic Himalayas, high-altitude adventures, and soulful cultural interactions. This marks the end of a once-in-a-lifetime expedition.

    Tour Information

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
