Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Jaipur – The Pink City Beckons Arrive in Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. You will be greeted and transferred to your hotel. After some rest, spend your evening at the bustling Bapu Bazaar or enjoy a traditional Rajasthani dinner at Chokhi Dhani, a cultural village resort. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
Day 2
Jaipur Sightseeing – Palaces & Forts After breakfast, explore the city’s architectural gems. Visit the magnificent Amber Fort, where you can enjoy an elephant ride or jeep ride to the top. Next, stop by the City Palace, Jantar Mantar (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the iconic Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). End your day with sunset views from Nahargarh Fort. Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 3
Jaipur to Pushkar – Holy City Exploration After breakfast, drive to Pushkar (approx. 3 hrs), a sacred town known for the Brahma Temple, one of the few of its kind in the world. Take a walk around the serene Pushkar Lake and explore the colorful ghats and local markets. Overnight stay in Pushkar.
Day 4
Pushkar to Jodhpur – The Blue City Post breakfast, proceed to Jodhpur (approx. 4–5 hrs). On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the Clock Tower Market and Sardar Market, famous for spices, handicrafts, and textiles. Enjoy traditional Marwari cuisine for dinner. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.
Day 5
Jodhpur Sightseeing – Majestic Forts & Culture Begin the day with a visit to the spectacular Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India offering panoramic views of the blue houses below. Explore the Jaswant Thada, a marble cenotaph, and the regal Umaid Bhawan Palace. In the evening, visit Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park or relax at your hotel. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Day 6
Jodhpur to Udaipur – En Route Ranakpur Temples After breakfast, travel to Udaipur (approx. 5 hrs), stopping en route at Ranakpur Jain Temples, renowned for their intricate marble architecture and 1,444 unique pillars. Reach Udaipur by evening and check in to your hotel. Enjoy a quiet walk near Lake Pichola. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 7
Udaipur Sightseeing – Venice of the East Start your day with a visit to the grand City Palace complex and admire its ornate courtyards, balconies, and museums. Visit the Jagdish Temple, followed by a boat ride on Lake Pichola offering stunning views of Lake Palace and Jag Mandir. Also explore Saheliyon ki Bari and the vintage car museum. Overnight in Udaipur.
Day 8
Udaipur Leisure Day – Optional Local Activities Today is yours to explore Udaipur at leisure. Visit local art galleries, attend a puppet or folk dance show at Bagore Ki Haveli, or go shopping for miniature paintings, silver jewelry, and Rajasthani handicrafts in Hathi Pol Bazaar. Optional visit to Monsoon Palace for a sunset view. Overnight stay in Udaipur.
Day 9
Departure from Udaipur – Farewell Rajasthan After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to the airport or railway station for your onward journey. Depart with beautiful memories of royal palaces, colorful streets, and Rajasthani warmth.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

Documents Required for Travel
- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
