Day 1

Arrival in Bhubaneswar: Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport or Railway Station, you’ll be warmly received and transferred to your hotel. After a brief rest, begin your sightseeing with visits to some of the city’s ancient temples, including Lingaraj Temple, a stunning example of Kalinga architecture, and the serene Mukteshwar Temple. Explore the Rajarani Temple, known for its ornate carvings, and visit Khandagiri and Udayagiri Caves, the historic rock-cut Jain monasteries. Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and stay overnight in Bhubaneswar.

Day 2

Bhubaneswar – Dhauli – Pipili – Konark – Puri: After breakfast, drive to Dhauli Hill, a significant Buddhist site where Emperor Ashoka embraced non-violence after the Kalinga War. Continue to Pipili, a vibrant artisan village famous for its colorful applique handicrafts. Next, head to Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a masterpiece of Odisha’s temple architecture. Explore the temple’s intricate stone carvings and mythical structure. Later, drive to the coastal town of Puri, check into your hotel, and relax by the beach in the evening.

Day 3

Exploring Puri and Chilika Lake: Begin the day with an early morning visit to the sacred Jagannath Temple, one of the Char Dhams and a vital pilgrimage site. Witness the rituals and learn about its deep religious significance. After breakfast, take an excursion to Chilika Lake at Satapada, a vast brackish water lagoon and a haven for migratory birds and the endangered Irrawaddy dolphins. Enjoy a boat ride and take in the peaceful surroundings. Return to Puri in the evening for leisure time by the sea or explore the local markets for handicrafts and seafood.

Day 4

Raghurajpur – Back to Bhubaneswar: After breakfast, check out from your hotel and head to Raghurajpur Heritage Village, a charming artists’ village known for Pattachitra – traditional cloth-based scroll painting – and other handmade crafts. Interact with local artisans and witness live demonstrations of ancient art forms. Later, return to Bhubaneswar and visit the Ekamra Haat for authentic handlooms, silver filigree work, and souvenirs. Enjoy a traditional Odia dinner before settling in for your final night.

Day 5

Departure from Bhubaneswar: After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport or railway station for your journey back home. Depart with cherished memories of Odisha’s divine temples, coastal beauty, vibrant traditions, and timeless artistry.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
