    Day 1

    Arrival in Shimla – The Queen of Hill Stations Arrive in Shimla (via train or road from Chandigarh). Check-in at your hotel and relax after the journey. In the afternoon, take a leisurely stroll on the Mall Road, explore Christ Church, and visit the Shimla Ridge for panoramic views of the town. Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel in Shimla.

    Day 2

    Shimla to Kufri – Adventure & Scenic Views After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Kufri, a charming hill station located just 15 km from Shimla. Enjoy activities like horse riding, sledging, or visit the Kufri Fun World, an amusement park. Don’t miss the Fagu Village, known for its apple orchards and mesmerizing views. Return to Shimla in the evening for an overnight stay.

    Day 3

    Shimla to Manali – The Land of Snow Post breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Manali (approx. 8 hrs), passing through beautiful valleys, rivers, and villages. On arrival, check-in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can visit Mall Road for local shopping and enjoy the pleasant weather. Overnight stay in Manali.

    Manali Sightseeing – The Heart of Himachal After breakfast, set out to explore Manali’s major attractions. Visit the Hadimba Temple, Manu Temple, and Vashisht Hot Springs. Take a drive to Rohtang Pass (seasonal) or visit Solang Valley for activities like paragliding, zip-lining, and skiing. Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy the beautiful views of the Beas River. Overnight stay in Manali.

    Day 5

    Manali to Kullu Valley – The Valley of Gods Today, take a short drive to Kullu Valley (approx. 2 hrs), known for its apple orchards, rivers, and charming villages. Visit the Kullu Shawl Factory, Raghunath Temple, and enjoy a relaxing river rafting experience in the Beas River. In the evening, return to Manali for an overnight stay.

    Day 6

    Manali to Naggar – Explore the Old World Charm After breakfast, head to Naggar (approx. 1.5 hrs), a quaint village known for its Naggar Castle and Roerich Art Gallery. Visit the famous Gauri Shankar Temple and enjoy a peaceful walk through the serene landscape. Spend some quiet moments by the Beas River and explore the charming streets. Return to Manali for dinner and an overnight stay.

    Day 7

    Departure from Manali – Memories to Cherish After breakfast, check out from your hotel. Depending on your departure time, you can visit Mall Road or shop for some local Himachali handicrafts as souvenirs. You will then be transferred to Kullu Airport or Manali Bus Station for your onward journey, carrying with you memories of a peaceful and rejuvenating Himalayan retreat.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Documents Required for Travel

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
