    Day 1: Arrive In Bucharest

    Upon arriving at Bucharest Henri Coanda International Airport, our dedicated tour manager will assist you in transferring to the hotel and completing the check-in process. Take the opportunity to explore the vicinity of the hotel for the remainder of the day.

    Day 2: Bucharest – Sibiu

    After breakfast, embark on a day trip to explore Sibiu, covering approximately 300 km in a journey lasting about 4.5 hours. Along the route, you will have the opportunity to visit prominent attractions such as the Saint Mary Evangelical Cathedral, The Bridge of Lies, the Astra National Museum, and the fortified monastery of Cozia.

    Indulge in a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, allowing you to savor some of the finest Romanian cuisine. Upon arrival in Sibiu, partake in a guided walking tour of the city, which includes visits to the small and large squares, the Stairs Passage, and the Drumbrava Sibiului Natural Park. Sibiu exudes a medieval charm with its cobblestone streets and charming row houses.

    Retreat for the night at a luxurious resort in Sibiu, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

    Day 3: Sibiu – Alba Lulia – Cluj – Napoca

    After enjoying your breakfast, it’s time to check out of your hotel and embark on a scenic 2.5-hour journey to Alba Lulia. This ancient city has been inhabited since the 1st century AD and holds the distinction of being the oldest settlement in Romania. Originally known as Apulum by the Romans, it served as a significant military and economic hub for the region.

    During your visit, be sure to explore key attractions such as the Alba Lulia Vauban Fortress, Alba Lulia Princely Palace, the Batthyaneum Library, Apor Palace, and the Roman Catholic Cathedral. Following a delightful Romanian lunch at a local restaurant, continue your journey to Cluj Napoca, the largest city in Transylvania.

    The drive to Cluj Napoca, which also takes approximately 2.5 hours, offers stunning landscapes and glimpses of majestic castles along the way. Upon arrival, settle into a luxurious hotel for a restful night in the vibrant city.

    Day 4: Cluj Napoca – Turda –Targu Mures

    After enjoying breakfast, begin your day by visiting Romania’s renowned salt mines, known as one of the world’s most impressive underground salt mines. Its vast size is capable of meeting the global salt demand for the next 60 years. Turda, situated alongside Alba Lulia, Cluj Napoca, and Timisoara, holds significance as one of Romania’s oldest and most historic settlements.

    Following a delightful lunch at a local eatery, proceed to Targu Mures. The town derives its name from a market situated on the Mures River and is believed to have been established around the 14th century. Notable attractions in the area include the Apollo Palace, The Old Prefecture, Palffy House, and the St. Michael Wooden Orthodox Church. Be sure not to overlook the 15th-century Targu Mures Fortress, constructed by Prince Stefan Bathory.

    Conclude your day by indulging in a luxurious stay at a hotel in Targu Mures.

    Day 5: Targu Mures – Brasov

    Following breakfast, depart from the hotel and make your way to Sighisoara, a historically significant location in Transylvania dating back to the 12th century. This town is reputed to be the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler. While there, be sure to explore the Covered Stairway and Casa Vlad Dracul, which is said to be Vlad the Impaler’s birth home. Take in the charming cobbled streets, medieval structures, ancient castles, and the intriguing local torture museum.

    After a satisfying lunch, continue your journey to Brasov, a renowned ski destination in Romania. Check in to a luxurious hotel for an overnight stay in Brasov.

    Day 6: Brasov – Prejmer – Bran

    Today, following a brief tour of Brasov, you will proceed to visit the Prejmer Fortified Church, which stands as one of the largest fortified churches in Southeastern Europe. Originally constructed by the Teutonic Knights in the 13th century, this historical site holds great significance.

    Next on the agenda is a visit to Bran, where you will have the opportunity to explore the renowned Bran Castle. This impressive fortress is characterized by its iconic red roofs, sturdy stone walls, and striking round towers. It is widely believed to have served as the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s creation of the character Count Dracula.

    Upon returning to Brasov, you will have the chance to discover some of the city’s top attractions. These include the Council Square, the Black Church, the First Romanian School Museum, and the Aquatic Paradise – all of which showcase the rich history and culture of the region.

    Conclude the day by spending the night in Brasov, where you can unwind and reflect on the day’s memorable experiences.

    Day 7: Brasov – Sinaia – Bucharest

    Departing from Brasov, check out of your hotel and make your way back to Bucharest through the picturesque town of Sinaia. Known for its breathtaking landscapes and rejuvenating mineral springs, Sinaia is a must-visit stop on your journey. Be sure to explore the enchanting Peles Castle, renowned for its intricate decorations, statues, gargoyles, and grand dining hall.

    Take a break for lunch at a local restaurant before continuing on to Bucharest. Once in the capital city, immerse yourself in its vibrant atmosphere by visiting iconic landmarks such as Revolution Square, Triumph Arch, Patriarchy Church, and the Open Air Village Museum.

    Conclude your day by indulging in a luxurious stay at a top-tier hotel in Bucharest.

    Day 8: Depart Bucharest

    Say farewell to Bucharest as you prepare to catch your flight back home or move on to the next part of your European tour package adventure.

    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
