Greetings from Athens! When you arrive in the city, our team will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. After settling in and completing the check-in process, take the opportunity to explore the nearby attractions for the remainder of the day.

Day 2 : Athens Full Day Tour

Following breakfast, embark on a comprehensive full-day exploration of Athens, a city with a rich history spanning over 3500 years and holding the distinction of being one of Europe’s oldest capital cities. Highlights of today’s itinerary encompass iconic landmarks such as the Acropolis, Parthenon, Temple of Zeus, Hadrian’s Arch, Temple of Hephaestus, Erechtheion, and the Roman Forum of Athens. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to admire modern architectural marvels like the Panathenaic Stadium, National Archaeological Museum, Parliament, Maximos Mansion, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Prime Minister’s residence.

Conclude the day with a visit to the renowned Acropolis Museum, where you can immerse yourself in its celebrated exhibits featuring treasures like the Peplos Kore, Karyatid, and the Parthenon west frieze.

Day 3 : Athens – Naxos

Start your day with breakfast before boarding the ferry to Naxos. Enjoy the 3.5-hour scenic journey as the ferry passes through the picturesque Cycladic Islands. Upon reaching Naxos, check-in at your accommodation and take the evening to discover the surrounding areas.

Day 4 : Naxos

Explore the stunning Naxos island after enjoying breakfast. Take the time to visit Portara, also known as the Great Door, which is the incomplete gateway of a grand temple built in honor of Apollo.

Day 5 : Naxos – Santorini

Begin your day with breakfast before boarding the ferry to Santorini. Enjoy a captivating one-hour journey as the ferry sails through the stunning Aegean Sea. Upon reaching the island, check in at a hotel and take the evening to discover the beauty of Santorini.

Day 6 : Santorini

Santorini stands out as an exquisite beach destination, boasting charming villages, cobblestone streets, and stunning residences. The island is renowned for its exceptional cuisine and wine, the latter distinguished by Santorini’s rare grape varieties.

Begin your day with breakfast, then embark on a comprehensive full-day excursion across the island. Highlights of the tour include the mesmerizing Caldera Sunset and the archaeological wonders of Akrotiri. Additionally, you have the opportunity to visit the volcano and experience the rejuvenating hot springs.

Day 7 : Depart Santorini

Following breakfast, make your way to Santorini International Airport to catch your flight back home or to your next travel destination.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
