    Day 1: Istanbul

    Upon arrival in Istanbul, you will be transferred to your hotel. Take the day to explore at your own pace, wander through the vibrant Grand Bazaar, and savor a traditional Turkish dinner at a nearby restaurant. Your accommodation will be at a luxurious hotel in Turkey.

    Day 2: Istanbul

    Begin your day by immersing yourself in the mesmerizing Basilica Cistern, an architectural wonder hidden below ground.
    Delve into the historical significance of the Sultanahmet area, often referred to as the heart of the city.

    Don’t miss out on the chance to explore the renowned Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace.

    Indulge your senses at the Spice Bazaar, where you can find an array of aromatic spices, teas, and Turkish delicacies.

    Relax and take in the breathtaking views of Istanbul’s skyline on a leisurely cruise along the Bosphorus Strait.

    Experience the opulence of the Dolmabahce Palace, an exquisite Ottoman palace nestled along the shores of the Bosphorus.

    Cap off your day by immersing yourself in Turkish culture with a traditional performance, such as a mesmerizing Whirling Dervishes show.

    Day 3: Istanbul

    Discover the dynamic districts of Beyoglu and explore Istiklal Street.

    Experience breathtaking views of Istanbul from the iconic Galata Tower.

    Immerse yourself in contemporary Turkish art at the Istanbul Modern Art Museum.

    Stroll along the Galata Bridge to Karakoy and indulge in flavorful street food.

    As night falls, embrace the vibrant nightlife of Istanbul.

    Day 4: Istanbul to Kusadasi


    Depart from your hotel in Istanbul and proceed to the airport for a domestic flight to Izmir. Upon reaching Izmir, transfer to Kusadasi, a picturesque coastal town located along the Aegean Sea. Take time to relax and rejuvenate at your Kusadasi accommodation, or explore the stunning beaches with a leisurely walk. Indulge in a delectable seafood dinner at a nearby restaurant to complete your day.

    Day 5: Kusadasi

    Experience a comprehensive day trip to the historic city of Ephesus, known for its remarkably well-preserved Roman architecture.

    Discover iconic landmarks such as the Library of Celsus, the Great Theater, and the Temple of Artemis.

    Pay a visit to the House of the Virgin Mary, a revered pilgrimage destination believed to be the final home of the Virgin Mary.

    Indulge in a traditional Turkish lunch as part of the excursion.

    Conclude the day by returning to Kusadasi, where you can unwind and enjoy a leisurely evening.

    Day 6: Kusadasi

    Revel in the city at your leisure post-breakfast. Alternatively, embark on a Pamukkale excursion. Journey to the historic site of Hierapolis and take a guided tour of the Necropolis, Bath, Basilica, and Frontinius Gate. Enjoy a refreshing swim in Pamukkale’s natural travertine pools.

    Head back to Kusadasi and use the remainder of the day to discover the town or unwind at the hotel.

    Day 7: Departure From Kusadasi to Istanbul

    Recheck from the hotel and journey to Istanbul for your departing flight.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      Documents Required for Travel

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
