Day 1: Arrival at Hanoi and City Tour

Upon your arrival at Hanoi International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative. They will escort you to the hotel for check-in. Once settled, our city tour will commence.
Our first stop will be the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s inaugural university. Following this, we will proceed to Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi’s largest square known for hosting significant cultural events. To capture the essence of the capital, you will enjoy a cyclo ride through the historic Old Quarter, culminating in a visit to Ngoc Son Temple. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi – Tam Coc – Hoa Lu – Hanoi

Following breakfast, your itinerary will take you to Ninh Binh, located to the south of Hanoi. Ninh Binh is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, including the picturesque Tam Coc Caves and the historic Hoa Lu, once the ancient capital featuring temples devoted to King Dinh and King Le.

Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, your exploration will commence with a leisurely boat excursion through the enchanting Tam Coc area. Marvel at the impressive limestone formations emerging from the lush green fields, reminiscent of the iconic Halong Bay scenery in Vietnam. Subsequently, delve into the former royal residence dating back to the 10th century, now revered for its intricate wooden carvings adorning the Dinh and Le temples. A delightful lunch is incorporated into the schedule. As the afternoon unfolds, you will make your way back to Hanoi to conclude the day’s adventures and retire for the night at your hotel.

Day 3: Hanoi to Halong

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast as we embark on a journey to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1994. Upon reaching our destination, we will board a boat to marvel at the stunning beauty of this bay, known as the Descending-dragon bay, adorned with countless uniquely shaped limestone formations and caves.

Indulge in a delicious lunch featuring fresh seafood while on the boat, followed by a visit to the Surprising Grotto, opportunities for swimming or kayaking, a leisurely cruise past floating villages, and up-close encounters with picturesque small islands. Conclude the day with a delightful dinner onboard, and in the evening, partake in onboard activities or simply unwind. Your overnight accommodation will be on the boat.

Day 4: Halong to Hanoi

Following a delicious breakfast, we will embark on a boat journey to explore Luon Cave. Nestled on an island in the serene waters of Halong Bay, this cave boasts a unique circular shape, surrounded by lush greenery. On our return trip to Halong, we will cruise through a bustling area dotted with numerous islands, each bearing intriguing names such as Cock-Fighting Rock, Sail Island, Incense Burner Rock, and Sea Dog Rock. A scrumptious lunch is included in the itinerary. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to unwind at your leisure. Our accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in Hanoi.

Day 5: Leaving Hanoi

After enjoying breakfast, you will be escorted to the airport this morning for your return flight home or to your next destination.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
