Day 1: Arrival in Vancouver
Upon your arrival in Vancouver, you will be taken to your hotel. Later in the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to experience FlyOver Canada, a unique 4D show that provides a captivating perspective on the country. This remarkable ride offers a simulated flight like no other, taking you on a journey through a massive dome screen with state-of-the-art projection and ride technology. You will feel the sensation of true flight, complete with wind, scents, and mist effects that enhance the immersive experience. The ride, lasting approximately 25 minutes, combines special effects like wind, mist, and scents with chair movements to create a genuine feeling of flying.
Your adventure at FlyOver Canada begins with an inspiring pre-show called Uplift that sets the stage for your flight experience. Afterward, you will be guided to the boarding area by our knowledgeable flight guides to prepare for the Ultimate Flying Ride, which lasts around 8 minutes. Following this thrilling experience, you will return to your hotel in Vancouver for the night.
Day 2: Vancouver
Today, you have the opportunity to embark on a full-day excursion from Vancouver to Victoria, which includes a visit to the breathtaking Butchart Gardens. Following a delightful breakfast, your journey begins with a captivating adventure. The Victoria and Butchart Gardens Tour kicks off with a mesmerizing 90-minute cruise on BC Ferries, ensuring a memorable experience. The scenic beauty along the route is so enchanting that you will find it hard to look away; simply relax and take in the stunning views as you traverse the Georgia Strait and glide past the Gulf Islands.
Your exploration continues upon arrival at the Inner Harbour of Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, named in tribute to Queen Victoria. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore Butchart Gardens, a vast 55-acre sanctuary of meticulously maintained natural splendor. This excursion guarantees a truly magnificent day trip, fit for royalty. After a day filled with such exceptional experiences, you will return to your Vancouver hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: Vancouver – Tour to Whistler and Shannon Falls
On the third day of your itinerary, you will embark on a tour from Vancouver to Whistler following a delightful breakfast. Whistler, known for its exceptional offerings, proudly hosted the 2010 Olympic Winter Games and stands as a premier year-round resort nestled in the picturesque Central Mountain range.

Day 4: Vancouver
Today in Vancouver, your day kicks off with a delightful breakfast at the hotel. If you’re looking for the perfect day trip that combines city sights with a peaceful forest retreat, look no further – this tour is designed just for you. Accompanied by our knowledgeable guides, you’ll embark on a leisurely journey through the vibrant downtown of Vancouver. Take in the stunning waterfront landmarks, such as the iconic sails of Canada Place and the bustling shopping district of Robson Street.
Next, enjoy a breathtaking view of the Lions Gate Bridge on your way to the thrilling adventure at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park. Our exploration continues with a visit to the sandy beaches of English Bay, a stop at Granville Island, and a scenic drive through the historic neighborhoods of Chinatown and Gastown. The tour includes admission to Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, where you can take on the exciting Cliffwalk and Treetops Adventure. Day 5: Depart from Vancouver
Start your day with a delectable breakfast. Today marks the moment to bid farewell to your hotel and head towards Vancouver Airport for your departure.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
