    Day 1: Arrival in Hong Kong

    Upon your arrival at Hong Kong Airport, you will be greeted by our local representative who will accompany you to the hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to savor at your leisure. Take this time to unwind and get comfortable for your overnight stay in Hong Kong.

    Day 2: Hong Kong City Tour

    Begin your day with a nutritious breakfast before embarking on a half-day city tour of Hong Kong. Discover the Waterfront, tour a Jewellery Workshop, and enjoy a bus ride to Victoria Peak. The evening is yours to relax and unwind. Stay overnight in Hong Kong.

    Day 3: Farewell to Hong Kong – Hello, Jeju Island

    Today marks the beginning of your journey from Hong Kong to the enchanting destination of Jeju Island. Known as the largest volcanic island in Korea, Jeju proudly boasts the prestigious UNESCO World Natural Heritage designation. Officially named Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, this renowned tourist destination offers a perfect mix of mild climate and stunning natural landscapes, including sandy beaches, cascading waterfalls, towering cliffs, and mysterious caves. Jeju has also been recognized with the esteemed Global Geopark certification and the distinction of being chosen as one of the New 7 Wonders of Nature. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at a luxurious hotel on Jeju Island to unwind and recharge for the adventures ahead.

    Day 4: Discovering Jeju Island

    Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on a day of leisure at your own pace. For those in search of excitement, an optional tour of the Western area of Jeju is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The tour commences at 09:00 with a convenient hotel pick-up. Highlights include a visit to Hyupjae Beach, a renowned spot, Hanlim Park (Jeju’s largest theme park boasting diverse botanical gardens), and O’Sulloc Green Tea Field (providing stunning views of green tea plantations and the surrounding scenery, as well as an insight into Korean traditional tea culture). The tour wraps up at 17:00 with a drop-off at your hotel. Enjoy a pleasant overnight stay in Jeju.

    Day 5: Explore Jeju Island

    Today is a day for you to savor at your own pace. You may want to consider joining an optional tour of the Eastern area of Jeju, available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. The tour kicks off with a 9:00 AM pick-up from your hotel.

    During the tour, you will have the chance to enjoy a horse-riding experience and explore the Horse Museum (in case of rainy weather). Next, you will visit the Seongup Folk Village to get a glimpse of Jeju’s rich traditions. The journey continues with a scenic drive along Gwangchigi Beach, one of Jeju’s hidden gems. Don’t miss the captivating Woman Diver show, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, and a visit to the Haenyeo Museum (if it rains).

    The tour also includes a stop at the iconic SeonsanIlchulbong Peak, also known as Sunrise Peak, a symbol of Jeju Island and one of its three UNESCO Heritage sites. Wrap up the day with a visit to Manjang Cave, the longest lava cave in Asia (in case of rain, Daheeyeon is the alternative destination).

    After a day filled with exploration and discovery, you will enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel in Jeju. (B)

    Day 6: Farewell to Jeju Island

    Today, we will provide transportation for your journey to the airport, whether you are heading back to your hometown or continuing on to your next destination.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
