Day 1: Arrival in Beijing

Upon arriving in Beijing, you will be greeted warmly and escorted to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. Your accommodation for the night will be at the hotel in Beijing.

Day 2: Exploring Beijing

Embark on an unforgettable journey today to discover the majestic Great Wall at Juyong Pass, take a tour of a Jade factory, and admire the iconic Olympic Stadium during a photo opportunity. Your evening will be spent at your accommodation in Beijing.

Day 3: Beijing’s Historical Treasures

Start your day with a visit to the renowned Tiananmen Square and the majestic Forbidden City. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the beauty of the Summer Palace and have the opportunity to shop at Xiushui Market. Your evening will be spent at your hotel in Beijing.

Day 4: Beijing to Zhengzhou to Luoyang

Embark on your day by being transferred to the airport or train station for your journey to Zhengzhou. Upon arrival, proceed to Dengfeng to visit the impressive Shaolin Temple. Your overnight stay will be at a hotel in Luoyang.

On Day 5, travel from Luoyang to Xi’an to explore the renowned Longmen Grottoes, a site of great historical significance. Afterwards, head to the airport or train station for your trip to Xi’an. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy a photo opportunity at the City Wall. Rest comfortably at a Xi’an hotel for the night.

Day 5: Luoyang – Xi’an

Revamp your morning by embarking on a tour of the renowned Longmen Grottoes, home to an impressive array of Chinese art dating back to the Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties. Following this, you will journey to Xi’an via train or flight. Upon your arrival in Xi’an, our dedicated tour manager will assist you with the hotel check-in process.

Day 6: Xi’an

Begin a comprehensive day tour by first visiting the remarkable Terracotta Army. Then, explore a pottery factory to learn about the local artisanship. Head back to the city to see Bell Tower Square and enjoy some leisurely shopping time. Your day ends with an overnight accommodation at a Xi’an hotel.

Day 7: Xi’an to Shanghai

On the seventh day, we will depart for the railway station or airport to catch a high-speed bullet train or flight to Shanghai. Upon reaching our destination, you will receive a warm welcome and be escorted to your hotel. Your accommodation for the night will be at the hotel in Shanghai.

Day 8: Exploring Shanghai

On the eighth day of our itinerary, immerse yourself in a comprehensive tour of Shanghai’s top attractions. Your day will begin with visits to People Square, the renowned Shanghai Museum, a Silk factory, and a breathtaking ascent to the 88th Floor of the Jinmao Tower. The tour will also encompass the vibrant Bund area and provide some leisure time for shopping along Nanjing Road. Upon concluding the day’s exploration, you will be transported back to your hotel in Shanghai for a relaxing evening.

Day 9: Departure from Shanghai

On the ninth day in the morning, you will commence a distinctive journey on the magnetic train to Pudong International Airport for your return flight home. It is now time to say goodbye to Shanghai.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
