Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul

Upon arrival at Ataturk International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. Check-in and enjoy a day at your leisure, exploring the lively city at your own pace.

Day 2: Istanbul Sightseeing and Bosporus Cruise

Start your day with a leisurely Bosporus Cruise, offering breathtaking views of Istanbul’s skyline and iconic landmarks from the water.
Afterwards, join a guided sightseeing tour of the city, visiting must-see attractions including the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar.

Explore additional highlights such as the Ciragan Palace, Yildiz Palace, and Dolmabahce Palace.

Conclude the day with an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 3: Princes’ Island Tour

After enjoying breakfast, embark on a ferry journey to Princes’ Island, a picturesque group of nine small islands located in the Sea of Marmara. Take in the sights of historical landmarks such as the Topkapi Palace, Uskudar, and Leander’s Tower as you cruise along the sea.

Upon reaching Buyukada Island, a prominent island within the Princes’ Island group known for its upscale summer resorts and range of watersport activities, take the opportunity to explore. Opt for a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride or rent a bicycle to fully appreciate the stunning natural scenery.

Immerse yourself in the island’s rich history, unwind on its sandy beaches, and indulge in delectable seafood dishes.

As the day winds down, make your way back to Istanbul and spend the night at your hotel, reflecting on the memorable experiences of the day.

Day 4: Istanbul to Cappadocia

Following breakfast, depart from your hotel in Istanbul and proceed to the airport for a flight to Kayseri. Upon arrival, take a car to Cappadocia.

Upon reaching Cappadocia, transfer to your hotel and have the remainder of the day to unwind or discover the surrounding area.

Stay overnight in Cappadocia.

Day 5: Cappadocia Exploration

Begin your day early with a memorable hot air balloon ride over the breathtaking landscapes of Cappadocia, an experience that is optional and subject to weather conditions.

Following breakfast, engage in a comprehensive guided tour of Cappadocia’s key attractions.

Start by visiting the Goreme Open-Air Museum, where you can marvel at ancient rock-cut churches and exquisite frescoes.

Next, venture into the enchanting valleys of Devrent and Pasabag, renowned for their unique rock formations.

Delve into the intriguing underground city of Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, intricately carved into the hills of Cappadocia.

Take in a panoramic vista of Cappadocia from the vantage point of Uchisar Castle.

Our itinerary also includes visits to the monastery of Cappadocia, the Fairy Chimneys of Avanos, the Red Valley, Cavusin Village, and the Pigeons Valley.

Conclude the day with a return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Cappadocia – Istanbul Departure

Following breakfast, depart from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your return flight to Istanbul.

Once in Istanbul, take advantage of the remaining time to explore the city or indulge in some souvenir shopping.

Conclude your trip by transferring to Istanbul Airport for your departure flight, or opt to extend your stay in this vibrant city.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
