Day 1 : Mahe – Praslin

Upon reaching Mahe International Airport, our tour managers will greet you and assist with your transfer to the ship terminal for boarding to Praslin. Check-in at your hotel in Praslin and take the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas of your resort for the remainder of the day.
Enjoy your overnight stay in Praslin.

Day 2 : Praslin – Vallee-De-Mai

Start your day with a visit to the Vallee-De-Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its iconic coco de mer palm tree, known for producing the largest seeds globally. This reserve is a sanctuary for diverse wildlife, such as the Seychelles tree frog, chameleon, black parrot, and bronze gecko.

Conclude your day with a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach at your resort.

Day 3 : Praslin – Mahe

Upon completing breakfast, proceed to check out of the hotel and make your way to the Praslin Ship Terminal for boarding the ferry to Mahe. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy the evening at your leisure.

You will be spending the night in Mahe.

Day 4 : Mahe Island Day Tour

After enjoying a delightful breakfast, embark on a comprehensive day-long excursion around the island. Key highlights to visit include Anse Royale Beach, Anse Major, Victoria Botanical Gardens, Morne Blanc Trail, Takamaka Rum Distillery, and Beau Vallon Beach.

Make sure to explore the Jardin du Roi Spice Garden, a fascinating site showcasing various medicinal and herbal plants, as well as fruits.

Conclude the day by staying overnight in Mahe.

Day 5 : Depart Mahe

Recounting your time in Seychelles, say goodbye after breakfast and board your flight back home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
