Day 1 : Arrive In London

Upon arrival at Heathrow International Airport, you will be greeted by our tour manager who will assist you with transferring to your hotel. After completing check-in procedures, you can spend the remainder of the day at your leisure exploring the nearby attractions.
You will be accommodated in a luxurious hotel in London for the night.

Day 2 : London City Tour

London, the capital of England and the United Kingdom, is famous for its rich history and iconic landmarks. The city boasts four UNESCO World Heritage sites, including the Tower of London, Maritime Greenwich, Westminster Palace, and the Royal Botanical Gardens, all of which will be explored during a guided tour.

In addition to these sites, the itinerary will also include visits to Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guards ceremony, the London Eye, London Bridge, The British Museum, St Paul’s Cathedral, Big Ben, the Victoria and Albert Museum, Hyde Park, the Natural History Museum, Trafalgar Square, Kensington Palace, Borough Market, and the London Aquarium.

Day 3 : London – Paris

Begin your day with a delicious English breakfast before making your way to St Pancras International to board the Eurostar train bound for Paris. The journey typically lasts 2.5 hours and amenities vary based on the class of your ticket, ranging from snacks and drinks to a full three-course meal.

Upon reaching Paris, our dedicated tour manager will assist you in checking into your hotel. Take the evening to wander and discover the charming surroundings of your accommodation.

Day 4 : Paris City Tour

Paris, the renowned capital of France, is situated along the picturesque Seine River and stands as one of the most stunning cities worldwide. With its charming boulevards, high-end fashion, cozy street-side cafes, and intricate architecture, Paris exudes elegance and sophistication.

Embark on a day of exploration after enjoying a delightful breakfast, as you traverse the city aboard an open-top bus. Day 6 : Depart Paris

Farewell to the enchanting city of romance as you complete your stay at the hotel and make your way to the airport for your journey back home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
