Day 1: Arrive in Lisbon – Oceanario de Lisboa

Upon your arrival at Humberto Delgado Airport, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and assist you in reaching your hotel. After completing the check-in process, take the opportunity to explore Lisbon, the capital and largest city of Portugal.
Your first destination will be Oceanario de Lisboa, a prominent indoor aquarium in Europe. Stroll through Baixa, the bustling commercial hub of Lisbon, before venturing into Alfama, one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods. Conclude your day with visits to the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Belem Tower and Jeronimos Monastery.

Day 2: Lisbon – Seville – Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza – Torre del Oro – La Giralda

On day two of your itinerary, transition from Lisbon to Seville, the fourth-largest city in Spain. Explore the iconic Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, the largest bullfighting arena in the country. Don’t miss the historical Torre del Oro, a 12th-century military watchtower, and the exquisite La Giralda, a bell tower showcasing a unique blend of Moorish and Renaissance architectural styles.

Day 3: Cordoba – Mosque–Cathedral of Cordoba – Palacio de Viana – Puerta del Puente

Day 4: Toledo – Toledo Cathedral – Madrid

Day 6: Zaragoza – Barcelona – Gothic Quarter

Travel from Madrid to Zaragoza, then continue on to Barcelona where you can check in at your hotel before embarking on a day of exploration. Begin by visiting the Gothic Quarter, a picturesque area filled with vibrant clubs, eateries, and bars. Don’t miss the Palau Sant Jordi, Basílica de la Sagrada Família, and Olympic Village before returning to your accommodation for the night.

Day 7: Depart Barcelona

In the morning, complete your check-out from the hotel and proceed to the airport to catch your return flight home.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
