Day 1: Desert Safari

Upon arrival in Dubai, our tour representatives will warmly welcome you and escort you to your hotel. Upon completing the check-in process, you are invited to unwind and savor a delicious lunch in the hotel’s dining area before taking some time to rest and recharge for the exciting day ahead.
Our journey kicks off with an unforgettable experience in the desert, where you will be immersed in the enchanting beauty of the dunes during a desert safari. Choose to embark on camel rides and dune bashing adventures, or simply unwind with a cup of Arabic coffee while indulging in the delectable local cuisine before retiring for a night spent under the twinkling stars.

Day 2: Burj Khalifa – Dubai Mall – Dhow Cruise

The next day, you will have the opportunity to explore the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. Take a trip to its observation decks for a breathtaking view of the dazzling city.

Afterwards, treat yourself to some shopping at Dubai Mall, where you can find a wide range of luxury brands. In the evening, enjoy a dhow cruise and be captivated by a spectacular showcase of entertainment.

Day 3: Arrive at Abu Dhabi – Yas Waterworld – Warner Bros. World

Embark on a journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, where you will be welcomed by our tour representatives and escorted to your hotel. After settling in, immerse yourself in the vibrant city of Abu Dhabi starting with exciting water activities at Yas Waterworld. Following this, indulge in the enchanting world of Warner Bros. where you can enjoy a variety of rides, meet beloved characters, and witness thrilling shows.

Day 4: Louvre – Ferrari World

If you have a passion for art, you will be captivated by the exhibitions and galleries at the Louvre. Conclude your day with a trip to Ferrari World, the pioneering Ferrari-themed park located on Yas Island.

Day 5: Depart from Abu Dhabi

Complete the check-out process at your hotel and make your way to the airport to catch your return flight home.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
