Itinerary
Day 1: Trivandrum
Upon reaching Thiruvananthapuram, our tour guides will assist you in transferring to your hotel. Once you have completed the check-in process, take the time to visit popular local sites such as the Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Trivandrum Zoo, Sri Chitra Art Gallery, Napier Museum, and the Padmanabhaswamy Palace.

Day 2: Kovalam
Start your day by enjoying a delicious breakfast before embarking on a leisurely exploration of the stunning beaches in the area, such as Kovalam, Varkala, and Shangumugham. Following a day filled with activities, unwind and relax at a luxurious resort for the night.
Day 3: Alleppey
Experience a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a scenic journey to Alleppey, which typically takes approximately 4 hours by road. Alleppey is renowned for its breathtaking views.
Once there, indulge in a luxurious houseboat adventure amidst the picturesque backwaters of Alleppey. Immerse yourself in the daily routines of the local residents living along the riverbanks, while relishing delectable meals prepared by skilled chefs onboard.
Conclude your day by spending the night on the houseboat in Alleppey.
Day 4: Thekkady
Start your day by savoring breakfast while taking in the picturesque views from the houseboat. Later, depart from the houseboat and make your way to Thekkady, renowned for the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and proceed to discover the various local attractions. Notable points of interest in Thekkady include the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, Elephant Junction, and the Green Park Spices Plantation.
Day 5: Munnar
After enjoying breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Thekkady from Munnar. Known for its picturesque tea plantations, cascading waterfalls, and rich biodiversity, Munnar is a charming hill station nestled in the Western Ghats. Key attractions in this hill town include the Eravikulam National Park, Pothamedu View Point, Mattupetty Dam, Kolukkumalai Tea Estate, Top Station, and Echo Point. Don’t miss the Nyayamakad Waterfall, Rajamala Hills, Kundala Dam, and the Malankara Reservoir during your visit.
After a day of exploration, return to your hotel in Munnar for a relaxing evening.
Day 6: Munnar
Following breakfast, you will revisit any areas you may have overlooked yesterday. Take in the picturesque views of the hill town before returning to your hotel for the night.
Day 7: Cochin
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, make your way to Cochin, which is approximately a 4-hour journey. Known as the Queen of the Arabian Sea, Kochi has a rich history of spice trade that dates back centuries. Upon arrival, check into your hotel before embarking on a city tour.
During the tour, you will explore notable attractions such as the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue, the iconic Chinese Fishing Nets, the historic St. Francis Church, and the picturesque Cherai Beach. After a full day of sightseeing, return to your luxurious accommodation for a restful night.
Day 8: Cochin
As your journey comes to a close, on the final day, you will have breakfast before proceeding to check out of the hotel and make your way to either Cochin Airport or Railway Station.

- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
- CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
- INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
- ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
