    Itinerary

    Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

    Upon your arrival at Noi Bai airport, our local guide and driver will be waiting to greet you and transfer you to the heart of Hanoi, where you will check in at your hotel. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s oldest university dating back to 1070. Its serene gardens and well-preserved structures offer a glimpse into the country’s rich history.
    Next, you will visit Ba Dinh Square to capture photographs of Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum from the exterior before continuing on to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. To further immerse yourself in the local culture, a guided bicycle tour through Hanoi’s Old Quarter will be arranged. You will spend the night at your hotel in Hanoi, ready for more adventures the following day.

    Day 2: Hanoi to Halong Bay and Back

    Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey eastward through picturesque villages nestled within the Red River Delta, where the Vietnamese community thrives. Your ultimate destination is Halong Bay, a UNESCO-designated site of significant cultural and natural importance since 1994 and 2006. Upon reaching Halong, you will board a charming traditional wooden boat at the pier for a leisurely cruise through the bay.

    As you sail, marvel at the captivating rock formations bearing names such as Stone Dog, Incense Burner, and Fighting Cock. Indulge in a delectable seafood lunch served onboard while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. Nestled amidst the small islands lies the enchanting Thien Cung Cave (Heavenly Residence Grotto) waiting to be explored, or you can simply unwind on the boat. After approximately 4 hours of cruising and immersing yourself in the beauty of the bay, disembark at Halong pier and return to Hanoi. Rest for the night at a Hanoi hotel after a memorable day of exploration.

    Day 3: Hanoi to Saigon – City Tour

    After enjoying breakfast at the hotel and completing the check-out process, you will proceed to the airport for your flight to Saigon, now known as Ho Chi Minh City. Saigon is a vibrant and bustling metropolis located in Vietnam. Upon arrival, a local guide will greet you at the airport and escort you to the city center for hotel check-in.

    Later in the day, your city exploration will commence at the Reunification Palace. This historical site features detailed photo exhibitions indoors, while outside, you will encounter tanks, planes, and weaponry, creating a poignant and impactful visit. You will also pass by iconic European-inspired landmarks such as the City Hall and the historic Opera House (exterior viewing only). A brief stop will be made to admire the architectural splendor of the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office, both renowned for their impressive designs. Your overnight accommodation will be provided at a hotel in Saigon.

    Day 4: Saigon – Mekong Delta – Saigon

    Begin your day with a delectable breakfast before embarking on a boat ride along the majestic Mekong River to observe the daily lives of the local inhabitants residing along the riverbanks. Your journey will include a visit to one of the four islands in the vicinity for a captivating sightseeing experience. Amidst a lush garden setting, indulge in fresh tropical fruits while being serenaded by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.

    Following this, you will traverse narrow canals enveloped by water coconut trees in small boats operated by local residents. Explore local factories and partake in a tranquil horse-cart ride along the serene village lanes. Subsequently, you will board a larger vessel to traverse a vast expanse, culminating in a scrumptious lunch at a nearby eatery.

    In the afternoon, your return journey to Saigon will feature a stopover at the renowned Vinh Trang Pagoda, celebrated for its distinct architectural fusion of Chinese, Cambodian, and French elements. Your evening will conclude with accommodation at a hotel in Saigon.

    Day 5: Saigon City Tour – Fly to Siem Reap

    Commence your day with a scrumptious breakfast before embarking on a visit to the Reunification Palace, formerly known as the Independence Palace of the South Vietnamese president. This historical site remains preserved in its original state, with the original tanks showcased near the entrance gates.

    During your exploration of the city, you will encounter European-style architectural gems such as the elegant City Hall (Hotel De Ville) and the historic Opera House (viewable from the exterior only). Your itinerary also includes a brief stop at the enchanting Notredame Cathedral and the striking Central Post Office, both distinguished by their unique architecture.

    In the evening, you will proceed to the airport for your flight to Siem Reap. Upon your arrival, our representative will be on hand to greet you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and recharge. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel in Siem Reap.

    Day 6: Full Day Angkor Tour

    Today, following a delicious breakfast, you will embark on a journey to explore the South Gate of Angkor Thom, also recognized as Big Angkor. The Bayon Temple, renowned for its distinctive architecture, was constructed gradually over a span of a century. Your itinerary will then take you to the Terrace of the Leper King, situated at the northern extremity of the Terrace of the Elephants. This double-tiered terrace features intricate carvings of animals, demons, and mythological creatures. Your final destination will be the Ta Prohm temple, a magnificent fusion of human artistry and natural beauty.

    Subsequently, you will have the opportunity to visit the Angkor Wat temple, an ancient marvel of Cambodia and a testament to the wonders of the eastern world. This temple is intricately designed to mirror the universe as per Hindu mythology. Tonight, accommodations will be provided at a hotel in Siem Reap.

    Day 7: Siem Reap – Departure

    Rise and shine to a delicious breakfast. This morning, transportation will be provided to take you to the airport for your journey back home or to your next destination.

    • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
