Day 1: Arrival in New York
Welcome to the bustling metropolis of New York City, also known as the Big Apple and famous for its never-ending energy! This city is renowned for its size, excitement, and as a prominent center for both business and culture in the United States. New York is a trendsetter and has been a key player in global commerce and finance for more than a hundred years. Upon arrival, you will organize your transportation to the hotel where you will spend your first night in this vibrant city. We hope you have a pleasant stay!
Day 2: New York City Tour
After a delicious breakfast, our day begins with an informative city tour of New York. Our schedule includes a visit to the iconic symbol of the USA, the Statue of Liberty. You will board a ferry to Liberty Island, enjoying a breathtaking view of the stunning New York City skyline.
The next highlight of the tour is a visit to the One World Observatory at the World Trade Center, offering a once-in-a-lifetime panoramic view. In the afternoon, our journey continues to famous landmarks such as Rockefeller Center, Wall Street, Ground Zero, and the peaceful expanse of Central Park. You will also experience the lively atmosphere of Times Square, glimpse the United Nations headquarters, and maybe even catch a sight of the Trump legacy.
Throughout the day, you will immerse yourself in the essence of this remarkable city. You will then return to your New York hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 3: New York to Washington
Today, you embark on a journey to Washington DC, the esteemed capital of the United States of America renowned for its rich history and iconic landmarks. Serving as the seat of the federal government, Washington DC also stands as a prominent tourism destination, attracting nearly twenty million visitors annually.
Upon your hotel check-in, you will have the opportunity to delve into the historical treasures of this city. Day 4: Washington to Buffalo – USA Side of Niagara Falls

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
