Upon reaching your destination, you will be escorted to your hotel, signaling the start of your unforgettable adventure.

Day 2: Providenciales – Optional Sunset Tour

Day 3: Providenciales Tour

Day 4: Providenciales – Optional: Sunset Cruise Tour

Day 5: Providenciales – Half-Day Cruise with Snorkeling

Experience a memorable half-day cruise departing from Providenciales on this special day. This delightful excursion combines a leisurely sail along the renowned Grace Bay beach on the north coast of Providenciales with thrilling activities.

Your first destination is the TCI barrier reef, the world’s third-largest reef system. Here, you’ll have the chance to gear up and engage in snorkelling, immersing yourself in a pristine underwater world. The colorful marine life and clear waters will mesmerize you.

After the snorkelling experience, the captain will navigate towards the south side of the islands. There, the first mate will lead a search for wild conch, providing insight into the local customs of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Your adventure continues as the captain sails towards one of the TCI cays. On this uninhabited island, a delectable lunch will be served, allowing you to explore its untouched beauty and peaceful surroundings.

Day 6: Depart Providenciales

Today marks the end of your stay in Providenciales. Once you have checked out of your hotel, make arrangements for your transportation to the airport. From there, you can board your flight back home or continue on to your next destination. Remember to hold onto the precious memories from your unforgettable journey.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
