Day 1: Arrival in Cape Town
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a courteous representative who will assist you in a seamless transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Take a leisurely stroll around the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, renowned for its exceptional dining options and lively nightlife. Situated in a vibrant harbor setting, this popular tourist hub features a variety of pubs, restaurants, artisan markets, theaters, and more. Surrounded by Robben Island and Table Mountain, this picturesque location in the heart of Cape Town offers breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. Your overnight accommodation will be at the hotel.
Day 2: Cape Town City Tour and Table Mountain
After a delightful breakfast, begin your half-day city tour of Cape Town, which includes tickets for a visit to Table Mountain, subject to weather conditions. Take a cable car to the summit of the iconic Table Mountain and enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city and its surrounding landscapes at the southernmost tip of Africa.
Discover the country’s oldest building, The Castle, and the well-maintained Company Gardens, both steeped in fascinating history. Drive past significant landmarks like the Parliament Buildings, City Hall, and the Slave Lodge, each showcasing a unique architectural style that tells a story of rich historical significance.
Stroll along the cobbled streets of the Malay Quarter, where the colorful Bo-Kaap homes will capture your attention. Witness the artistry of a skilled diamond cutter as he transforms raw stones into exquisite gems.

Day 3: Full-Day Peninsula Tour
Embark on a scenic cruise along the luxurious Millionaire’s Paradise coastline, starting from Clifton and continuing towards Camps Bay, all the way to the exclusive beach retreat of Llandudno. Our journey will lead us to the charming working harbor of Hout Bay, where you will have a close encounter with the playful seals on Seal Island.
Following that, we will drive along the famous Chapman’s Peak Drive, marveling at the stunning ocean views while winding along the cliffs. Lunch will be at the Cape of Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park, where you can choose your dining spot (at your own expense).
Our coastal drive back to the city will include visits to the historically significant naval port of Simon’s Town and the adorable penguin colony at Boulder’s Beach (expenses on your own account). To cap off the day, we will head inland to the picturesque Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Witness the sun setting over Table Mountain, casting its final rays on the trees and flowers in a breathtaking display of nature’s beauty. You will spend the night at your Cape Town hotel.
Day 4: Cape Town to Sun City
After enjoying a satisfying breakfast, it’s time to complete your check-out and make your way to Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Johannesburg (please note that the flight is not included). Upon your arrival in Johannesburg, you will be transferred to the captivating Sun City resort.
Upon reaching Sun City, you will proceed with the check-in process and have the entire day at your disposal to explore the vast resort. Known as South Africa’s top holiday destination, Sun City offers a wide range of entertainment, relaxation options, and various activities. The resort boasts top-notch amenities such as golf courses, exciting game viewing opportunities, a lively casino, and four luxurious hotels: The Palace of The Lost City, Cascades Hotel, Sun City Hotel, and The Cabanas.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.

Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
