Day 2 – Helsinki City Tour, Stockholm

Following a delightful breakfast buffet, embark on a sightseeing adventure aboard the Hop On – Hop Off bus. A knowledgeable guide will provide commentary in both English and Swedish as you explore notable attractions such as Senate Square, Uspenski Cathedral, the Parliament Building, and the Olympic Stadium. En route, make stops at the iconic Sibelius Monument and Temppeliaukio Church. Other highlights of the tour include the Post Museum, Sinebrychoff Park, Suomenlinna Fortress, and the National Museum of Finland.

After a satisfying lunch, take a well-deserved break before setting off for Stockholm, the vibrant capital of Sweden. The ferry journey spans over 17 hours, offering a truly unforgettable experience.

Day 3 – Stockholm Panorama Tour

Following a delightful breakfast buffet aboard the cruise, anticipate the ferry’s arrival in Stockholm. Upon reaching the destination, our tour manager will warmly welcome you and assist with the check-in process at the hotel. After a quick revitalization, head over to Gustaf Adolf’s Torg to commence the Stockholm Panorama tour. This tour will encompass a selection of the city’s renowned landmarks, such as the Vasa Museum, the Royal Palace, Skansen, the ABBA Museum, the Swedish History Museum, and Lake Malaren.

Delve into the heart of Stockholm by exploring the old town extensively. Fun fact: did you know that Skansen is recognized as the world’s largest outdoor museum? Furthermore, the tour will offer an opportunity to discover Vasa, the sole surviving 17th-century Viking ship in the world.

Conclude the day by returning to the hotel and immersing yourself in the vibrant local evening markets. This will be an ideal way to spend the evening in Stockholm.

Day 4 – Stockholm – Copenhagen

Start your day with a delightful breakfast buffet featuring the finest Scandinavian dishes. With a free morning schedule, take the opportunity to explore the various street markets and shopping centers in the city.

In the afternoon, make your way to Stockholm train station for a scenic 5-hour train ride to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Admire the breathtaking views along the journey, including the impressive Oresund Bridge that links Sweden and Denmark. The first part of the trip will take you across the bridge for 8 km, followed by a 4 km stretch through an underwater tunnel.

Upon arrival at Copenhagen train station, our tour manager will assist you with check-in procedures before setting you free to discover the city at your own leisure.

Day 5 – Copenhagen Hop On Hop Off Tour, Oslo

Upon your arrival in Oslo, our team will assist you with checking in to the hotel. Take a moment to freshen up before embarking on a Hop On Hop Off tour to explore the city. This tour provides an ideal opportunity to acquaint yourself with the Norwegian capital. Gain insight into various landmarks as you listen to informative audio commentary available in English, Norwegian, and other languages. Feel free to disembark and rejoin the tour at your convenience within the next 24 hours.

Day 7 – Oslo to Myrdal to Flam to Myrdal And Back To Oslo

After enjoying breakfast, make your way to Oslo Train Station for a scenic train journey to Myrdal, lasting approximately 5 hours. Myrdal boasts a charming atmosphere and boasts a remarkable mountain trail leading to Flam village. Embark on the connecting train to Flam, renowned as one of the most picturesque train rides globally.

Traversing from Aurlandsfjord to the elevated Myrdal station, soak in the breathtaking views of Western Norway. Fun fact: the Flam Railway ranks among the steepest standard gauge railway lines, comprising more than 20 tunnels, sheer mountainsides, and awe-inspiring landscapes throughout the route.

Afterward, return to Myrdal for further exploration of its natural beauty. Conclude your day by boarding the train back to Oslo from Myrdal train station.

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
