    Day 1: Arrival in Perth

    Upon landing at Perth Airport, a private transfer will be waiting for you, as long as your flight arrives before 10:00 PM. It is important to be aware that there may be extra fees for arrivals after this time. Your transfer will take you to a city hotel where you can check-in upon arrival, though early check-in is subject to availability. You will be staying overnight at the hotel in Perth.

    Day 2: Explore Perth and Fremantle

    Begin your day energized with a half-day shared-in-coach (SIC) tour of Perth and Fremantle (Tour # PF – Daily Departures). The tour wraps up at Barrack Street Jetty and does not offer hotel drop-off services. Subsequently, enjoy a relaxed walk to Hay Street’s Perth Mint, where you can participate in the 3:30 PM tour. Please note that transfers are not included for this segment. Upon concluding your visit to the Perth Mint, make your way back to your hotel on foot. Your accommodation for the second night will be at the Perth hotel.

    Day 3: Perth – A Full Day of Exploring Rottnest Island

    Experience the ultimate Rottnest Island Discovery Tour today. Embark on an exhilarating 90-minute Adventure Eco Express Boat Tour and savor a delectable lunch at Thomson Rest. Kindly note that this tour is not recommended for children under 4 years of age (Tour # EC7 – Daily Departures). After a day of exploration, spend the night in Perth. For those craving more excitement, consider renting a bike with a helmet for self-guided discovery at an additional cost of AUD50 for adults and AUD15 for children. Please note that this option is also not suitable for infants under 4 years of age.

    Day 4: Perth – A Day Packed with Adventure

    Experience a thrilling full-day adventure with the SIC Pinnacles, Caversham Wildlife Park Koalas, Sand Boarding & 4 Wheel Drive Adventure, topped off with a delicious Fish & Chips meal. After an exciting day, return to your Perth hotel for a restful night.

    Day 5: Perth – Choose a Memorable Full Day Excursion

    Choose from a variety of full-day tours to enhance your travel experience. Here are your options:

    – Join the Full Day SIC Tour to Margaret River (Tour # MR) for a day filled with exploration. Discover captivating caves, taste exceptional wines, take a leisurely stroll along the iconic Busselton Jetty, and visit the majestic Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. Indulge in a delicious lunch to satisfy your culinary cravings.

    – Alternatively, embark on the Full Day SIC Tour to Wave Rock and York (Tour # WR) to immerse yourself in the vibrant world of wildflowers and Aboriginal culture. Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch on this journey, available on TUE, WED, FRI, and SUN only.

    – For a one-of-a-kind experience, consider the Full Day SIC Tour to the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk (Tour # TT). Marvel at the towering trees and savor a gourmet picnic lunch. Please note that this tour is available on TUE only. Your day concludes with an overnight stay at your Perth hotel.

    Day 6: Farewell to Perth

    Following a peaceful night’s rest, it is now time to complete the check-out process and get ready for your departure. A private transfer will be arranged to take you to Perth Airport, guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free journey to catch your connecting flight. Kindly be advised that extra charges may apply for flights departing before 6 am.

    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ADULT: Voters ID / Passport / Aadhar Card / Driving Licence
      • CHILD : Passport / Aadhar Card / School ID
      • INFANT: Aadhar Card/ Birth certificate
      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
