    Day 1: Arrival in Auckland – The City of Sails

    Welcome to the start of your incredible journey in New Zealand! Upon landing in Auckland, known as ‘The City of Sails’, you will experience a warm welcome and excellent service. A dedicated local representative will meet seat-in-coach passengers upon arrival, ensuring a smooth beginning to your adventure. Subsequently, you will be privately chauffeured to your cozy hotel, allowing you to relax and unwind after your travels.
    If you have opted for the self-drive option, you will pick up your rental car at the airport. Enjoy the freedom of the open road as you drive to your hotel at your leisure.

    Day 2: Auckland to Rotorua via Waitomo

    On the second day of the journey, we depart from the bustling city of Auckland and travel southward through the picturesque Waikato region. Our final destination? The mesmerizing Waitomo Glowworm Caves.

    Day 3: Rotorua

    Join us for a delightful breakfast before embarking on a journey to the enchanting Te Puia Thermal Reserve, where you will witness bubbling mud pools and impressive geysers. Our next destination is Rainbow Springs, a sanctuary for New Zealand’s trout, birds, and wildlife. Following this, we will visit the Agrodome for an authentic New Zealand farm show, featuring sheepdog displays, cow milking, and an introduction to the stars of the sheep industry. The afternoon is yours to explore at your leisure. In the evening, indulge in the flavors of a traditional Maori Hangi feast, complemented by a captivating concert.     Day 4: Rotorua to Wellington

Our route will take us along the scenic shores of Lake Taupo until we reach the charming town of Turangi. Continuing on, we will be greeted by the stunning Desert Road, with the impressive peaks of Ruapehu, Ngauruhoe, and Tongariro creating a majestic backdrop.

    Our drive will meander through lush farmlands as we head southward, eventually arriving in the bustling capital city of New Zealand, Wellington. Tonight, we will be accommodated in the comfort of our Wellington hotel, ready to immerse ourselves in the vibrant experiences the city has to offer.

    Day 5: Wellington

    Experience a delightful breakfast to start your day off right in Wellington. Immerse yourself in the city’s charm with a morning sightseeing tour, followed by a guided visit to Te Papa, also known as the ‘Museum of New Zealand.’ The afternoon is free for you to explore the capital city at your own pace.     Day 6: Wellington to Kaikoura

    Begin your day with a delightful breakfast before we set off on a journey crossing the Cook Strait, separating New Zealand’s North and South Islands. As we cruise through, you will be captivated by the stunning views of the Marlborough Sounds, showcasing its clear waters and lush forests.

    Our ultimate stop is Picton, a quaint town surrounded by natural beauty. From there, we will venture south through the picturesque town of Blenheim before arriving at our overnight accommodation in the charming coastal town of Kaikoura. Relax and unwind at your hotel in this idyllic setting.

    Day 7: Kaikoura to Christchurch

    Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast before embarking on your journey to Christchurch, passing through the scenic North Canterbury region. Your final stop is the charming city known as the ‘Garden City’ – Christchurch.

    Day 8: Christchurch to Mount Cook

    Begin your day with a delectable breakfast before embarking on a picturesque journey through the verdant Canterbury Plains, ultimately arriving at the stunning Lake Tekapo.     Day 9: Mount Cook to Queenstown

    Our final stop for the day is the enchanting Lake Wakatipu and the charming ‘Alpine Resort’ of Queenstown. Enjoy a peaceful night at a comfortable hotel, allowing you to relax and recharge for the adventures ahead.

    Day 10: Queenstown

    Greetings and good morning! Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast. Today is all about embracing freedom and embarking on exciting adventures in Queenstown. The town offers a wide range of optional activities to cater to all preferences, whether you’re a thrill-seeker or simply seeking a more relaxed experience.

    The list of activities available is extensive. You can choose to experience the adrenaline rush of bungy jumping, enjoy the excitement of jetboating, tackle the rapids through white water rafting, or take in stunning views on a gondola ride.     • As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
    • Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
    • It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
    • Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
    • Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
    • If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
    • For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
    • Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

      • ID card, ID card type and ID card number is mandatory at time of booking, kindly carry the same ID card on tour.
      • For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
      • Carry one passport size photo.

      Payment Policy

      A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

      Important Notes:

      • Latest payment policies are available upon request from our Customer Service Team
      • If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

      Cancellation Charges:

      • Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
      • 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
      • 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
      • 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
      • 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

      Additional Terms:

      • All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
      • If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
      • The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

      Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

      If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

      Specific Scenarios:

      • If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
      • Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
      • If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
      • Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

      Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

      While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
