Day 1 : Arrive Mauritius

Welcome to the picturesque island nation of Mauritius. Upon arrival at the airport, our tour representatives will greet and assist you before transferring you to your hotel. Check-in at your accommodation in Mauritius and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, relaxing by the beach and soaking up the sunny weather. In the evening, you have the option to explore Grand Baie or the Waterfront area, known for its trendy cafes and entertainment options. Return to the hotel later for an overnight stay.

Day 2 : North Island Tour

Experience a delightful breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a Panoramic City Tour of Port Louis, the vibrant Capital of Mauritius. Explore iconic landmarks such as the Caudan Waterfront, Marie Reine De La Paix, and La Citadel. Take some time for shopping at Pamplemousses Garden or Jumbo Hypermarket, followed by visits to Apravasi Ghat, China Town, the Local Market, and the Museum. In the evening, return to your accommodation for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 3 : Day at Leisure

After enjoying a leisurely morning breakfast, you have the opportunity to explore the day at your own pace. Consider taking a stroll unlike any other – experience the unique adventure of walking on the sea bed with an Undersea Walk. This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience! If you prefer to admire marine life without getting wet, you can opt for the Le Nesse, a semi-submersible where you can comfortably observe marine life through the safety of the glass surrounding you. In the evening, return to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 4 : Ile Aux Cerfs Tour

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a full-day tour to Ile Aux Cerfs by speed cruiser. Located on the East Coast of Mauritius, Ile Aux Cerfs offers a tranquil escape where you can relax on pristine beaches and partake in water sports like parasailing. Return to the hotel in the evening and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 5 : Day at Leisure

After enjoying a delicious breakfast at the hotel, another day awaits in this idyllic Paradise Country. What activities can you look forward to today? Options abound! You could embark on a scenic cruise around the island, or opt for a relaxing day lounging by the sea or pool, indulging in the luxurious amenities offered by your accommodation. In the evening, return to the hotel for a restful night’s stay.

Day 6 : South Island Tour

After enjoying your morning breakfast, embark on a tour of Chamarel Village, home to two remarkable natural attractions. Explore the picturesque Chamarel Falls and marvel at the stunning Seven-Colored Earths of Chamarel. Next, visit the Floreal Shop Factories, the dormant Trou Aux Cerfs volcano, Mare Aux Vacoas water reservoir, the Sacred Lake of Grand Basin, and the scenic Black River Gorges. After a day of exploration, return to the hotel for a restful night’s stay.

Day 7 : Depart Mauritius

Following breakfast in the morning, check out from the inn. You will then be transferred to the Airport for your flight back home. Depart with wonderful memories from your beach vacation!

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.

While these situations are rare, they can affect any traveler. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such exceptional circumstances.
