Day 1: Arrive in Vienna
Upon your arrival, a representative will welcome you and escort you to your hotel in Vienna. Following check-in, you will have the remainder of the day to enjoy as you please before settling in for the night at the hotel.
Day 2: Explore Vienna
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a Grand City Tour of Vienna, which includes a visit to the renowned Palace of Schonbrunn. This comprehensive tour will showcase the key landmarks of the city, such as the iconic Ringstrasse boulevard, the State Opera House, Museums of Fine Arts and Natural History, Parliament, National Theatre, City Hall, University, Votive Church, and Urania.
Explore the interiors of the magnificent Schonbrunn Palace and continue on to the Belvedere Palace as part of the tour. The tour concludes at the Opera, after which you are free to make your own way back to the hotel. The afternoon is yours to leisurely explore Vienna at your own pace. Retire for the night at the hotel in Vienna after a fulfilling day of sightseeing.
Day 3: Vienna to Salzburg and Back
Embark on a day of exploration in Salzburg starting with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. A comfortable transport will pick you up for a full-day tour of the picturesque Salzkammergut Lake District, heading towards the charming town of Gmunden. Marvel at the breathtaking mountain views along the way.
Upon arrival in Salzburg, you will have some leisure time to enjoy lunch and shopping. Then, join a guided tour of Salzburg’s iconic landmarks including Fortress Hohensalzburg, the Cathedral, Festival Halls Mozarteum, Getreidegasse, Mozart’s Birthplace, and Mirabell Gardens.
After the tour, return to Vienna where you will spend the night at the hotel, reflecting on the day’s memorable experiences.
Day 4: Vienna to Prague
After enjoying a delightful breakfast, depart from the hotel and make your way to the train station for your journey to Prague. The scenic train ride lasts approximately 4 hours, offering breathtaking views along the way. Upon arrival at Prague station, our tour manager will be there to assist you in transferring to your hotel. Check in and take the opportunity to discover the surrounding attractions for the remainder of the day.
Day 5: Prague City Tour
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before heading to the designated meeting point for a city tour of Prague. This morning, delve into the rich history of Prague as you visit iconic landmarks such as the State Opera, National Museum, Wenceslas Square, Charles Square, and Prague Castle. Take a leisurely stroll through the Castle courtyards and marvel at the magnificent St. Vitus Cathedral. Afterwards, board the bus to the Old Town Square, where you can marvel at the intricate astronomical clock and statues of apostles. The tour concludes at this picturesque square, allowing you to make your way back to the hotel at your own pace. Enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure, soaking in the charm of Prague. Spend the night at the hotel, reflecting on the day’s explorations.
Day 6: Prague to Budapest
Begin your day by enjoying breakfast at the hotel before checking out and making your way to the train station for your journey to Budapest. Upon reaching your destination, transfer to the hotel and complete the check-in process. The remainder of the day is yours to unwind and explore at your leisure. Spend the night at the hotel in Budapest.
Day 7: Budapest City Tour
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on a comprehensive city tour of Budapest. The tour kicks off at the iconic Chain Bridge, with highlights including a glimpse of the Parliament building and a leisurely stroll across the Margaret Bridge to the Buda side. Delve into the historical wonders of the Castle District, where you can marvel at key landmarks with a brief walk. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit Matthias Church and the Fishermen’s Bastion for a breathtaking panoramic view.
Continue your exploration by heading to Gellért Hill (Citadel) for a mesmerizing vista of Budapest. Traverse the Elisabeth Bridge to Pest and take in the sights of the renowned Central Market Hall and the largest Synagogue in Europe. Journey on to the City Park, passing by Europe’s largest Thermal Spa, Budapest Zoo, and an Amusement Park. Pause at Heroes Square to admire statues depicting famous Hungarian Kings and Dukes.
Follow the scenic Andrássy Avenue to downtown Pest, passing notable landmarks such as the Opera House and St. Stephen’s Basilica. Gain insights into Hungary’s rich history spanning the last millennium throughout the tour. The excursion concludes in the City Centre, allowing you to make your own way back to the hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure before retiring for the night at the hotel in Budapest.
Day 8: Budapest to Vienna
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before checking out and making your way to the train station for your journey to Vienna. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel, complete the check-in process, and then take the rest of the afternoon to explore the city at your own pace. Enjoy a relaxing evening at your hotel in Vienna.
Day 9: Departing Vienna
Rejuvenate with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before completing the check-out process. A convenient transfer service will then escort you from the hotel to Vienna Airport for your next destination.

- As travelling becomes a regular part of life for many, we recommend creating your own travel accessories kit to enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday.
- Always aim to travel light—carry less luggage, preferably one small or medium-sized four-wheel suitcase per person. This makes movement easier and helps avoid inconvenience during the trip.
- It’s advisable to keep one cross-body bag or a small haversack with you at all times. This will help you carry your essentials comfortably during sightseeing and also makes it easy to click photos without any hassle.
- Make sure to include a smart cap or hat and a good pair of sunglasses in your kit to protect yourself from sun exposure and stay comfortable throughout the day.
- Although all three meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—along with special treats as per the itinerary will be provided, you may still carry your choice of dry snacks in small, sealed packets for munching during flights or long road journeys.
- If you’re travelling during the monsoon or to a destination known for rain, do pack a small umbrella or a lightweight poncho to stay dry and prepared.
- For international tours, don’t forget to carry a universal power adapter so that you can easily charge your mobile phones and camera without facing any compatibility issues.
- Lastly, make sure your clothing and footwear are suitable for the destination and weather conditions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable travel experience.

- For NRI and Foreign National Guests alongwith Passport, Valid Indian Visa/ OCI Card/ PIO Card is mandatory.
- Carry one passport size photo.
Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
