Day 3: New York to Washington

Today, you will journey to the bustling city of Washington, D.C. Upon your arrival, our team will assist you with the hotel check-in process.

Washington, D.C. serves as the capital of the United States, named in honor of George Washington, the first President of the country. The name Columbia holds historical significance, symbolizing an early poetic tribute to the United States and referencing Christopher Columbus, the renowned Italian explorer of the Americas.

Once you’ve checked in, take the evening to relax and prepare for the exciting adventures that await in the heart of the nation’s capital. You will be staying overnight at a hotel in Washington.

Day 4: Washington City Tour

Start your day off right with a nourishing breakfast before delving into an exciting exploration of the nation’s capital. Your itinerary will lead you to renowned landmarks in Washington, D.C., such as the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Supreme Court, Capitol Building, Smithsonian Air and Space Museum, Union Station, World War II Memorial Building, Pentagon, and Washington Monument. Following a day of discovery, retreat to your Washington hotel for a restful overnight stay.

Day 5: Washington – Buffalo – USA Side Niagara Falls – Niagara

Today, you are set to embark on a flight to Buffalo to experience the awe-inspiring wonder of Niagara Falls, a natural marvel that never fails to captivate. Your itinerary includes an unforgettable boat ride on the famous Maid of the Mist, offering a close-up view of the powerful cascades of the American and Horseshoe Falls (available seasonally).

Day 6: Niagara – Orlando

Begin your day with a hearty breakfast, then make your way to the airport for your upcoming flight to the next destination on your itinerary.

Weather

Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
