Day 1: Welcome to Zagreb!
Today marks the beginning of your journey in Zagreb, the vibrant capital of Croatia. Not only is Zagreb the largest city in the country, but it also serves as the hub for culture, economy, entertainment, sports, and government. Upon your arrival, complete your check-in at the hotel before embarking on the Zagreb Evening Tour with fellow travelers. The meeting point is at the Tourist Information Centre located at Ban Josip Jelačić Square 11. This guided tour typically lasts between 2.5 to 3 hours.
Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by an English-speaking guide as you delve into Zagreb’s renowned historical landmarks and monuments. Gain insight into the fascinating history of how two medieval towns merged to establish the Zagreb we recognize today as the capital of Croatia. After a day filled with exploration and discovery, retire for the night at your hotel in Zagreb.
Day 2: Explore Plitvice Lakes National Park
Embark on your day by indulging in a delectable breakfast before beginning your journey. Make your way to the Zagreb bus terminal, where you will board a coach bound for Plitvice, a mesmerizing national park in Croatia. Plitvice Lakes stands out like a precious jewel amidst Croatia’s natural wonders, featuring sixteen interconnected lakes and an astonishing 92 waterfalls.
Take some time to immerse yourself in the park’s enchanting offerings, showcasing a rich variety of plant and animal life. Among the key highlights are the Upper Lakes, consisting of 12 lakes separated by travertine barriers. The must-see Kozjak Lake, the park’s largest and deepest lake, is a natural marvel where two smaller lakes have merged into one, forming the only navigable lake in Plitvice. The meeting point is Narodni trg (People’s Square) by the Lamp Post, so ensure you arrive 10 minutes early. The tour commences at 18:00 and typically spans about 1 hour. Following your exploration of the city, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Travelling from Zadar to Dubrovnik
Begin your day with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a coach journey to Dubrovnik in the morning. Prepare for a substantial trip, as the distance is approximately 350 kilometers. Upon arrival, your designated driver will be waiting for you at the bus terminal to transport you to your accommodation.
Dubrovnik, situated in southern Croatia along the Adriatic Sea, is a picturesque city renowned for its enchanting Old Town encircled by sturdy stone walls erected in the 16th century. The city showcases impeccably preserved structures such as the baroque St. Blaise Church, the Renaissance Sponza Palace, and the Gothic Rector’s Palace, now converted into a historical museum. The Stradun, a pedestrian-friendly thoroughfare paved with limestone, is adorned with an array of boutiques and eateries. Following a day of sightseeing, settle into your lodging in Dubrovnik for a restful evening. Enjoy your time in this captivating destination!
Day 5: Explore Dubrovnik on a City Tour
Kick off your morning with a hearty breakfast before embarking on a guided city tour of Dubrovnik. Conclude the day by relaxing at your accommodation in Dubrovnik.
Day 6: Exploring Dubrovnik and Split with an Evening City Tour
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an exciting journey to Split by coach in the morning. Upon arrival, take part in a 75-minute guided walking tour of the city led by a local expert. This immersive experience allows you to explore Croatia’s largest coastal town on foot, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Golden Gate, Diocletian Palace, and the statue of Gregory of Nin.
Participate in the Split city tour starting at the Golden Gate, with departure times at 3:00 PM or 5:00 PM. Delve into the rich history of Split as your guide leads you through the ancient Diocletian Palace, showcasing remnants of the Roman Empire including the impressive open colonnades of the Peristyle. Day 7: Explore the Beautiful Blue & Green Caves
After enjoying a hearty breakfast, prepare for an unforgettable day filled with exploration of the Blue and Green Caves departing from Split. This exclusive sea excursion encompasses visits to the stunning Green and Blue caves, as well as the picturesque islands of Vis and Pakleni. Payment Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

- If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies
Cancellation Policy
We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:
Cancellation Charges:
- Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
- 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
- 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
- 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
- 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost
Additional Terms:
- All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
- If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
- The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees
Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances
If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.
Specific Scenarios:
- If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
- Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
- If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
- Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements
