Day 1: Arrival in São Paulo

Upon arrival at São Paulo Airport, you will be greeted by your local guide who will assist you to your hotel. Your accommodation for the night will be at a hotel in São Paulo.

Day 2: São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro

Following a delightful breakfast at the hotel, you will begin a City Tour to explore São Paulo. This tour provides a fantastic opportunity to delve into the city’s rich history, vibrant culture, and bustling lifestyle as the largest city in the Southern Hemisphere. Starting at Centro Cultural, the tour will take you through the historic core of São Paulo, allowing you to visit key landmarks including the Se Cathedral, Pátio do Colégio, Monastery of São Bento, the iconic Banespa Building (reminiscent of São Paulo’s Empire State Building), Martinelli Building (the first skyscraper in South America), Viaduto do Chá (Tea Bridge), the Municipal Theater, Sala São Paulo concert hall, Estação da Luz train station, and the Municipal Market.
Later in the day, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival at Rio de Janeiro Airport, a warm welcome awaits you as you are escorted to your hotel for a restful night in preparation for the exciting adventures that await you the next day.

Day 3: Rio de Janeiro

Embark on an unforgettable Full Day Sugar Loaf Excursion and City Tour of Rio de Janeiro to kickstart your day. The journey begins with a comprehensive tour of the city’s downtown area, passing by renowned landmarks such as the Maracanã Stadium, the Sambodrome, and the striking Metropolitan Cathedral, distinguished by its pyramid design standing at 96 meters in diameter and towering 80 meters high. Wander through the historic Cinelândia Square and marvel at its classical architecture, which includes the Municipal Theater, the National Library, and the National Museum of Fine Arts.

Next, ascend from a small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay to the iconic Sugar Loaf, named for its resemblance to a perfectly shaped sugarloaf. This unique experience unfolds in two stages, as you glide up in glass cable-cars. The first ride takes you to the summit of Urca Hill, situated 215 meters above sea level. Day 4: Rio De Janeiro

Experience the charm of the Half Day Guanabara Bay Tour today. This scenic bay, encompassed by majestic mountains and tranquil beaches, holds a wealth of historical significance. The cruise will navigate through a variety of captivating islands, including Ilha de Villegaignon, Ilha Fiscal, Ilha das Cobras, and Ilha das Enxadas. Along the route, you will glimpse the vibrant Docks and the impressive Rio-Niteroi Bridge.

Across the bay lies Niteroi, offering a plethora of attractions along its coastline. Discover Gragoata beach and fort, picturesque islands like Ilha da Boa Viagem with the Church of Nossa Senhora da Boa Viagem, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the beautiful beaches of Flechas, Icarai, Sao Francisco, Charitas, Jurujuba, Adao e Eva. Payment Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking your travel package, with an additional 25% amount due no later than 30 days prior to departure. For standard travel packages, the remaining 50% balance can be settled during or after your trip but must be completed before the tour concludes. Failure to comply with our payment policy may result in the cancellation of your booking.

• If you choose to make payment through any method other than NEFT/RTGS, direct bank deposit, or cash payment, you will be responsible for any transfer charges incurred by banks or payment agencies

Cancellation Policy

We understand that most travelers who cancel their reservations do so due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. However, cancellations require significant administrative resources, including dedicated staff time, communication costs, and pre-purchased arrangements. Therefore, all cancellations will incur the following fees based on the timing of cancellation:

Cancellation Charges:

• Before 30 days: 15% of the total tour cost
• 30 – 15 days: 30% of the total tour cost
• 14 – 7 days: 70% of the total tour cost
• 6 – 3 days: 80% of the total tour cost
• 2 – 0 days: 100% of the total tour cost

Additional Terms:

• All cancellations made within 25 days of trip commencement will attract a minimum cancellation charge of ₹10,000
• If you fail to join a tour, join after departure, or leave before completion, no refund will be provided
• The above cancellation fees are in addition to any charges that may be imposed by accommodation providers or third-party service cancellation fees

Cancellation Due To Natural Disasters And Unforeseen Circumstances

If your tour is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters (landslides, snowfall, floods, earthquakes), severe weather conditions, road blockades, civil unrest, riots, or any weather-related or socio-political disruptions occurring at the last moment, no refund will be provided.

Specific Scenarios:

• If roads are blocked and travelers miss their scheduled accommodation, the full cost of the missed hotel stay will be charged, plus the cost of any emergency accommodation we arrange
• Travelers may choose to arrange and pay for emergency accommodation at their own expense
• If a particular destination must be cancelled at the last moment, the full amount for that portion will be charged
• Changes to itineraries due to regional unrest or security concerns may require immediate rebooking, and travelers must cooperate with new arrangements

Important Disclaimer: This policy exists because natural phenomena and socio-political situations are beyond our control. Road blockages, regional conflicts, and weather emergencies can necessitate last-minute changes to travel plans. In such circumstances, travelers will bear the expenses for any required modifications to their itinerary.
